Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Oh I guess I didn't understand your update. I'd chalk it up to preg. brain! Wich then turns into mommy brain! Hope you don't go into labor before being induced. Labor SUCKS. Feels like a....sledge hammer to the nether regions. I was induced with #1 because I had pre-eclampsia, and #2 we did the castor oil and raspberry tea, and 5 hrs. later ahhhh pain. P.S. I love the name Lucas :)

It is great!! I can't explain it. It is amazing how much you love them when they are born. We are both so happy to have him home. He is actually a very good baby. He isn't that fussy at all.

Thanks!!! My labor was kinda rough. I went 5 hours with painful contractions then I decided to get the epidural. Not bad at all I was so scared to get it but it was great. When it was time to push I was pushing for an hour or so before they tell me I need to stop because a little bit of my cervix was still there. The uped my pitocin and I had some painful contractions for about an hour then I got to push again. He got stuck in the birth canal with a shoulder distocia. He came out blue but he is great and doing fine. Get rest trust me I was up for 24 hours before we were done. I got about an hour and a half nap. I was so exhausted. Good luck on your baby and I can't wait to see pics!!!

Yea I know what you mean. My body is stubborn to it dilated to a 3 and just stopped lol. I also go to my Dr twice a week I go on Tuesdays for a nst. Then on Friday I go for another nst, ultrasound to measure the fluid and then meet with the doctor. They are inducing me because of my gestational diabetes. I hope I don't have to have a C section. I would much rather deliver natural.

Hello Erin!! Thank you for your kind response!!! Congrats to you and your little boy!! You are due 3 days before me!! That is amazing!! And you are 1cm dilated too!! Wow!! Isn't it awesome how the doctor can feel their head? I wonder how long it will take us both to get to 3-4cm? Lol!!! Good luck to you and your little angel. Congrats!!! Yea same here. Last I knew I was a 3 but who knows now and there not stopping me either. He is also head down so I am glad about that. Well hopefully our little boys will come out soon.

All it means is that your cervix have thinned out before dialation lol its ok its also called thinning out!! Im excited and thank you!!
