my baby boy also has acne and there is not too much u can do about it but let it clear up on it's own. If u wash it too much it will get worse. the reason for the acne is it is our pregnancy hormones leaving the babies system and it is coming out in their skin.

my son had lil acne i bought the aveeno lotion and body wash for babies fragrance free and washed him in that everyday

my baby and both my girlfriends that had babies within a few days of me.. all had baby acne, Xanders is all gone.. and my friends are both over cleared up. I asked the dr about it.. and says it normal
