I am 22 years old. I have been married for almost two years..been with Devlyn for almost 5 years. We are expecting our first child (which was planned) in October. Counldn't be happier about the pregnancy and excited to be a mother!!!

Congrats on your little one. Don't stress too much about not gaining any weight. I too am a plus size and this is my third child. Each time I would lose weight and normal around this time I would start gaining. The only difference that I have with this pregnancy is that I got a lapband last October so my weight and my diet has been a big issue this time around since I can only eat a limited amount. I have actually lost about 14 lbs since the beginning but I think I have gained about 5 lbs within the last three weeks. Just make sure you are eating healthy because once the baby is here you don't want alot of extra weight to lose. Good luck.

congrats on the baby!! I read that u are a bigger girl, I am too!! I didn't have the weight loss but wanted to let u know at 21 weeks i have had more than 1 person tell me I still don't look pregnant! I have had an ultrasound and everything is ok with the baby, so I'm not gonna worry about it! People who are around me can tell! Hope that helps to put your mind at ease!! Doc also told me (I am 5'10) with being taller and having a long torso the baby has up and down to grow verses out!!

Yes I hope 'she' is a she for your sake too! Then you can go out and buy dresses like I did:) I had another ultrasound on Friday to confirm the sex. I wasnt supposed to have one but I begged my doctor so she put me in the u/s room and it just felt so wonderful and content to finally know for sure. Good luck!

I was told it was a girl (a little slit, 3 lines) at 12.5 weeks and it was confirmed 100% at 17 weeks...YAY! Good luck.

Maybe some of my fat is moving up too cause the top of my tummy feels much harder than the bottom. I can feel a lump in my lower abdomen where the baby probably is, but the top of my belly is whats really firming up. I was wondering about why that was too.

I found out that I am having a girl when I was 13 weeks 6 days. It was very clear. I found out the sex of my older two daughters when I was 15 weeks. The ultrasound tech shouldn't have any problems as long as your baby is in the correct position. Have a great time!

It depends... if it's a girl, you might not be able to tell for sure until after the 21 week mark.

However, if it's a boy... I found out when I was 12 weeks.

I know exactly how you feel. I am 14 weeks today and I am just starting to pop out right under the bb's. The clothes have not fit right for some time but I have not seen a true "baby bump" yet. Hopefully in the next week or so we will be able to say that we actually look pregnant. Good luck to you!

Congrats on the baby!! I know what you mean saying you dont feel pregnant anymore! ME too and I hate it! Sure I hated all the symptoms but that let me know it was still there. Congrats again
