Good to hear! I'm glad you were able to find a place that is midwife run. Overhere the doctors only enters the deliveryroom if the midwife is in doubt that everything is going to to plan or if the baby's heartrate drops a bit etc.

I am having some kind of contractions now which I am having every 8mins. I just dont think they are real contractions as I think they are supposed to be more painful (they are quite painful but not a lot) - but what do I know...its my first baby :-)

what a pain in the butt! i would think that if you are sure of your dates then the date you have is correct, not all the crazy ones they keep tossing around! i just wish we'd all pop out our babies by this weekend, that would be a pretty good mothers day gift (o: and that clicking hahaha, it is weird. i wonder what it is. but my god, there really is a noise and it came from my belly haha!!

That sucks about the changed due date, however you have to remember that this new doctor doesn't even know you. And that usually you go by the LMP instead of what the ultra sound says because your baby could be small or thats just the way your body is...don't listen to her, just go ahead thinking it will be May 28th and if he doesn't arrive then you 'll be overdue...most of us first time times will be overdue as well

I've been getting cramps for the past 2 weeks. As long as you're not bleeding, or they're not super painful, then everything is fine =] Just your body getting itself ready for labor!

IF your doctor tells you to use Castro Oil...this is a good site...My friend is 40w3d and just did this yesterday---but again her doctor only allowed her to do it after 40 weeks. Maybe yours wants you to try after 37?
