Hi my names Gemma, I'm 24 years old and live in Cramlington (near Newcastle) with my Fiance Marty, our dog Becky and a rabbit called Buffy.

I've been with Marty for almost 3 and half years and we got engaged at the end of April this year. We decided last year that we wanted to start a family so we were over the moon when I found out I was pregnant in early March (just after my birthday!)

I've had my 20 weeks scan and we know the sex, but have decided to keep it a secret until the big day. Baba will be the 3rd grandchild for my Mam and Dad and the 2nd for Marty's Mam and Dad. My niece and nephew can't wait to have a little cousin to play with.

We are both really looking forward to being parent's and I know Marty is going to be a fantastic Dad.

If anyone wants to chat then feel free, this is my first time and I would love to compare notes!

Yes i did ask what position he was in, i just wanted to know what it was on my right side, i thought it was his head all along... at 32 weeks apparently the baby can't move much anymore cos of its size so he should be head down permanently.

My baby shower is on the 20th of September so i will wait to see what i am getting and i'll buy the rest, we have lots already but i still need car seat, bath, and other bits...

I am definitely starting to stock up on nappies soon, cos they are damn expensive and tesco is doing deals at the mo.

Hiya! Weekend was ok, got rid of the purple car but now have another one to sell!! its actually quite nice and would be suitable when baba arrives if we struggle to sell it so its not too bad! We ordered our pram at Fenwicks on Sat!! Went for the iCandy apple as we thought some of the reviews were a bit daft and since it had lots of good ones too we thought what the hell! Its true though, everyone has different opinions so its better to form our own!!

Going to see my brother and his new baba on Sat but just for one night

Will have to make the most of it and get in lots of cuddles with Ethan and Ilana (Ethan will be 2 next month) Cant wait although we are going to miss Holly as leaving her with friends while we are gone

Hello, Everything is going pretty awesome at the moment i would have to say, my tummy feels tiny even though people say its big lol and sometimes i dont feel its even there i know that sounds weird but i guess its cause im not struggling or feeling heavy or anything JUST YET lol.. i know there is more to come..So for now im enjoying feeling really good cause i know that there will be the time i will be tired and sick of being pregnant.. I have maternity photos on the 11th september which im so excited about getting done, they will pretty much be me in undies and no top but covering my breasts so im really excited about them and then the baby shower on the 27th sept which i also cant wait for.. AND we might be moving :S our lease is up on the 7th sept and we decided we would move back home to where all our families are so it will be easier for me with bub etc we only live an hour away now but its in a small sorta country town and im a city girl so i have been struggling to adjust out here in the bush lol.. SO we have applied for a few rentals and hoping we get to hear back soon, cause we need to know whether to start packing etc, hate waiting around for an answer, get so nerbous and anxious lol.. so that will be a bit stressful but a lot of people have offered to help us out with moving cause i cant do much but pack boxes lol so it will be good being settled back into home before bub comes.. so fingers crossed we hear back soon.. its killing me lol.. How are you going?? its getting so much closer for us now, its very exciting but nerve wracking at the same time lol xx

that's nice, i am seeing my midwife next week on Wednesday, i think she will be glad i have put on weight cos she was complaining that i was too skinny at 6 weeks, lol, everyone tells me my bump is neat too, so that's a good thing.. XX

woohoo! you did really well then hun! bet you cant believe you have bought stuff, i couldnt stop smiling after we had our little shopping trip! we went on sunday to town (actually chris's idea) and had a look in fenwicks and john lewis at the prams, chris has his heart set on one but am not sure, ordered a brochure on the website when we got home but have been looking at the reviews and they are mixed??!! think its called icandy apple. so bloody hard as too much choice! what did you go for in the end? we are probably going back this wknd as the lady in fenwicks really put the shits up me saying we should really have everything sorted in 1-2 wks time!! aaahhh! probably just said that to get a sale out of us! lol think i will pay mothercare a visit for some of them packs, really good price! thinking of getting my case ready for hospital already man! have a chill day today as you'll be back to work on monday before you know it!! xxx

Hey hun! Ooo its great, got the new bed up on Sat night so we could sleep in the room straight away! Nearly fell out the bed loads (even just last night) so dont know whats goin on there!! lol Its still a double and seems a bit lower than our other one but have no idea why I keep nearly rolling out, may have something to do with Chris and Holly being bed hoggers! Still havent been in to pay for it yet though

woops! I hate it when you keep getting put back, they did that with me for the carpets and said they could come one wknd so we rushed to get sorted then they said it would be the nxt wknd! So annoying esp now we are pregnant as if your anything like me then you will be getting dead impatient!! I am trying to relax now a bit though but I think I am just sick of being pregnant and want baba here now! Feels like November is ages away and even though I am not ready for her to be here yet I still wish she was!!
