Saturday, 21 June hey thanks for your reply. I was wondering if i could use the suppositories and kept forgetting to ask my dr. - did your dr say it was ok? Sowright -
Friday, 20 June Ok, here is the low down. PUL (polyurithane Laminent) is the waterproof outside, i get it from celticcloths.com. In fact they have everything you need there. It is cheap and they even have patterns. It takes about 2 weeks to get your material. so i went to jo-anns and picked up fleece, terry cloth, velour and micro-sueade and some elastic. I did all my cutting and sewed the terry/absorbant liner to the fleeceor velour 0r Micro-S. When my order came i sewed on the velcro, elastic and PUL, and poof they were done. All in all I think it took me about 30 mins a diaper! These things are to easy to make not to. Check em out, they even have step by step instructions. I have some from another lady that are awesome. I'm hear if ou have any questions. I'm bustin them out like crazy. msp77 -
Friday, 20 June I also love having my hair played with or someone stroking my head, makes me fall asleep quickly!

Thursday, 19 June Glad to hear you are also doing the hypnobirth. Hehe! I also fall asleep or am in DEEP relaxation with the Rainbow relaxation. I seem to pass out around orange mist! hehehehe!
We have been practising before bed - last night hubby did the light touch massage on my back and I was so chilled out...fell asleep straight away.
We have had a name for our little guy for about a month and a half. We haven't told anyone - which is really difficult because we keep calling him by his name at home and then out with family and friends we have to be careful!
His name is Ethan Sven Poppelmann (Sven is his daddy's name).
We both couldn't agree on names, I like unusual names, but we both liked Ethan even though it is more common. We tried calling him by the different names on our short list, but they didn't feel right, until we tried Ethan and it just stuck.

Wednesday, 18 June Hey there!
Sorry that I haven't been 'around'. I have been so busy with work stuff, trying to finish off things before I go on M leave. As I run my own little business it means closing shop for a while.
All good otherwise. I am feeling fantastic! We did a hypnobirthing course to help prepare us for the birth. It is brilliant, you should look into it.
We are still planning on having a home birth, and the course just reaffirmed my reasons for a home birth.
How are things with you and your bump?

Monday, 16 June Yeah I have had two prior operations for them as well. When they first saw this one months ago they were just going to keep an eye on it, because it is rare they grow during pregnancy. Well not only did it grow over 4 cm I have another one show up on the right side as well. So basically I'm on bedrest and drug trying to make it four more weeks so they can pull Triston out and remove the cysts. Thank you for the thoughts! donnamarie -
Thursday, 12 June Thanks for writing :) Yeah I didnt think I was gaining too much weight for me or the baby. But my doc is the only one who thinks so, I even walk more than 10,000 steps a day, i started keeping track of all of that. My doc is nice about everything else, I mean he has been in practice longer than I have been alive. I trust him when it comes to the birth, but making me feel insecure about the baby just sucks. Ah i have been sleeping a lot lately, in the days, ive been feeling very tired, but i think thats cuz the little one keeps waking me up in the middle of the night :(I think he just wants out, lol. How are you feeling? babylucius -
Wednesday, 4 June Thanx for the comment. I just dropped it because I thought oh well...everybody thinks differently but I was surprised to see how many people agreed with her. The way they were making it sound it was like "I want my husband to get fixed so that in case he screws around he doesn't get anyone pregnant". If that's not insecurity I don't know what it is. And is most likely that women who feel this way will be cheated on by their husbands. sad but true. mommyforlife -

Friday, 30 May Hi! When they did my glucose test they took TWO big vials of blood and tested everything, and they told me everything came back normal. I think my baby is just nocturnal! I can't sleep well at night because that's when baby is up and playing in there, haha. So then I am tired all day. Also commuting to the city isn't easy. There is the walk to the train, the subways, the stairs, the walking all over the place. It is good exercise, but wears me out. I called out sick today, but I just came home from the gym, hehee! Shh!
I'm staying away from any wine til after the baby. I wish I could just have a few sips, but I know I will want more! lol. So none is better than some for me. Good idea though...
I saw your post about the eye twitch. I used to get that and my Mom would tell me it's from lack of sleep. Who knows, but it feels funny right? Hope it goes away soon for you. mumofsix -
Friday, 30 May I have only ever had a mild twitchy eye but not with pregnancy. I usually only get it when I am really tired or stressed. Maybe lack of a good nights sleep could be causing yours? Or are you a bit stressed at the moment? Sorry I am not much help. brandy -
Friday, 30 May Okay its the "foamy white" as you said. I did have one thing happen yesterday that has me concerned and I am hopeing that it was just pee. I sneezed and there was a wetness. It does it every so often. Maybe pee? colby -
Friday, 30 May Ok thanks I will look into Dr. Browns and decide between the Dr. brown & Born free as I am sure that I don't want to use the liners or avent fillers. I appreciate your response & will be in touch.
