Wednesday, 25 June Hey, my daughter is 8 months old and I am breastfeeding. I started the mini pill when she was 7 or 8 weeks old and have had no problems with it at all. It doesn't affect my milk supply and while your on it you don't have a period. It's been really nice. When I stop BF I will switch back to ortho cyclen. Anyways, it has worked for me. You can try it and see if it is for you. Hope this helped. jenlove -
Wednesday, 25 June Thanks. I'm not breasfeeding, so it would just be for me. I think I'm going to keep taking them, to keep me strong and healthy for my baby. Also, I plan to try to get pregnant in 10-11 months so it is probably a good idea. How many do you have?:) How are you? I hope you're all doing well! cait -
Wednesday, 25 June Yes- yaz is not a mini pill. The only option they gave me was the camilla they said it is the most effective and is completely safe while nursing. This time they laughed and said maybe try and an implant this time haha. How is your little guy doing?? Do you and your hubby think you will have more kids eventually? cali.momma -
Wednesday, 25 June im lactose intolerant, so im not surprised. do you think i should switch to drop ins? i was thinking about it. walmart has generic milicon drops? i didnt know that! i was going to go to babies r us and get some. ill have to go tomorrow and check it out :P shes using the enfamil lactofree. she was on similac sensitive but it didnt work really. i have like NO milk whatsoever. they gave me pills to produce more, and that made it even worse. i still pump the 1oz i get and give it to her. cali.momma -
Wednesday, 25 June so olivia is lactose intolerant, and i think she might be colic :/ do you think adding gas drops to her formula will help a bit? cait -
Wednesday, 25 June Thanks! Both my babies are my little surprises but I would change anything I love them both so much. Let me know what you end up picking and how you like it. The mini pill that did not work for me was camilla and I know other girls that yaz failed with them..good luck!
