Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Heather--i met with the chief of urology regarding the pylectasis at children's hospital boston--who indicated that below 10 is a minor finding often needing no intervention, especially if it is a boy (more common in boys by like 30:1)---i am now 34 weeks and getting conflicting reports regarding the MRI ventricle readings, one doctor who read it said 13 & 15mm the other said 16, ans 17mm (i don't understand this given it was the same MRI). It has me freaked. The first radiologist said with no other anomalys in the brain, the second said two other possible prominent features. What the heck???

I wouldn't worry about the pylectasis it was preseented by the urologist as a non-issue just needs follow up several weeks after birth--i think my measurements were 7 and 8, now reading 5 & 6---good luck with your next US---

Just hang in there and hope for the best!! I must say that I am looking forward to meeting our little one too. I am really positive at the moment and enjoying my time off work. We've got two boy already, who have summer break at the moment, so it has been great. If anything might not be good I will only start to worry about it if it may happen. No doctor can tell us anything so I've stopped to find answers myself....must be hormons protecting me and keeping me sane. I'll keep you posted and please let me know when you've had your next scan.

Hi Heather, it must be hard on you to sit and wait. And being made aware of things make it stressful. I am getting more relaxed about it, but this has also to do due to fact that I do not have to have anymore scans unless I really want to. So I can now just let everything go for a while and look forward to holding the baby. I hope your next u/s will be normal, so you can get some peace!! Kayz her baby boy didnot have a developed brain stem and therefore he could not breath on his own, so after 24 hours they had to let him go. His heart was really strong and therefore his heart will go to another baby to save that babies life.....I can not imagine how they feel, they seem to still hold strong. You hang in there and keep us all posted!!

good to hear the vents went down!! Not heard anyone about kidneys as far as I know. Could they have measured it wrong or could it come down again? Hope so for your baby. Sorry I can't help, but hope you will get an answer soon. Take care!
