My doc also told me I had low iron but am not anemic. I was able to go to Kroger and get Flow Fe. It should help us in the healing process. . or at least thats what the doc told me : )

Hi, It is nothing really. Not as invasive as a pap test. Just a quick swab of the vagina. Some doctors also take a swab of the rectum. Nothing to be worried about....

For onesies. remember you can go through 4-5 a day depending on how well baby keeps bodily fluids under control...lol. For receiving blankets, I suggest making sure you get the ones that measure 30" x 40".. Carter's makes some this size. Anything smaller is too small to do stuff with after awhile. Good Luck!!!!

yeah. also youll get tons of the colored onesies, and theyre the same as the white ones. the white ones are mainly for under outfits, but obviously you can use whatever. but i have about 45 colored ones :/

about the onesies, websites say you only need like 6..but who wants to do laundry everyday? definately not me. and since our babies will be summer babies, we'll have to double the amount of onesies we need, because around the house, they only need a onesie. i have 20 plain white ones, but im not sure if you need that much. depending on how much your baby makes messes, i think 10 to 15 would be plenty. but what do i know lol.

I get that every once in a while too. The sharp pains and lightheadedness. It almost always happens when I'm cleaning or running around carrying things. It's probably a mixture of braxton hicks contractions and being a little dehydrated, because it always feels better if I sit down for a while and get something to drink.

Haileysmom11 hi i did brestfeed my first and it is true that hurt at the beginingand also that helps you loose weigh but it all depends on your body another thing i heard is that it helps your uterus close faster too. just make sure you get all the thing they have at the store for the sore niples and frozen peas so when the get too hot or full you put that on to help with the pain. also if you get bumps under your arms just massage them or have someone do it for you it will fell a lot beter. and make sure you keep masaging even when you don't have them to prevent them from building up. good luck with everything. brestfeeding was a chalenge for me but i will do it againg. i think that that the reason my first daugther never got sik up untill she was about 3 excep for the teeth you know.

I tried to breastfeed...but was not able to produce enough milk. It did hurt...for a little bit, but you do get used to it. I pumped for several months to get as much as I could for my little girl. Sore nipples was the worst part. Breast feeding does burn a TON of calories, so yes you do lose the weight faster. Much luck to you!!!

Thanks for the comment I know what you mean about not wanting to get undressed. I fell the same way. So are you going to take any child birth classes. My husband wants me to but I dont think they offer any at my hospital.

Hey again, had the test the drink wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. My drink was lime that tasted like lime soft drink that was flat, and they had put extra lime cordial in it. It was really sweet i didnt mind it so either should you lol. Only problem was trying to find a vein for blood test so i got pricked a couple times for nothing ouch!!

My pillow last night is starting to become useless, I get up to many times to go to the toilet, and the baby is now moving under my right rib which really hurts!! 2 hours until I got for the test, hope all is good, Im the same I eat heaps of sweet food and I woke up this morning craving chocolate and coke very naughty but I haven’t had either. But I will let you know how the test goes. Take care

Moody me too im actually starting to be a little nicer now, which is good lol. Glad you've had a good pregnancy so far, i have problems sleeping too, i got a pregnancy pillow it helps a little bit. I have my gestational diabetes test tomorrow, have you had that done yet...??

LOL omg I tried to get my man to look at pictures and he was like hell no!!! LOL he actually walked out of the room gagging...he said he'll count for me but won't look down when the baby's coming out...what a punk!!

My doc told me no on the tanning. He did say that thtanning lotions and spray tanning were alright because they do not get into your blood stream.
