Wow! Has time flew by!

Emma is 4 1/2 months old. I can't believe it! I feel like I was pregnant with her just the other day. She is growing up so much. She is rolling over like a pro back and forth. We bought a saucer for her to play in and that is her favorite. She also loves her bouncer. She has also started to eat food. She is getting some chunky thighs! I am so in love with her. I am still breastfeeding. I am not sure how much longer we going to be doing that. I am not sure if I am producing enough for her. Besides we are thinking of getting pregnant soon and my doctor doesn't want me to continue. It would just be a lot for me, having to get enough for me, Emma, and the baby. Another thing in the back of my head is that Emma is going to be getting some teeth soon!

Everyone keep your fingers crossed that I can breastfeed until I get pregnant. And that I get pregnant sometime after this month!

Your pictures came out great!!! My ultrasound tech told me on Jan 14th tha she was already over 3lbs. The baby is getting bigger each week. I will find out how big in a few weeks. I'm measuring 4 weeks ahead. I'm soooooo big. Well, take care. :)

I had those done with my dauighter and one pose the lady had me do was i was sitting in a chair and had a stethoscpope to my belly, like i was listening to the baby, it turned out really cute.

have you ever seen the before after pics.?? I thought about doing this, Ok you have pics taken now in a white gown, maybe in a rocking chair or in front of a mirror looking at your belly.. then after baby is born do the same poses but with baby in your arms, even daddy can be in them, i like it with my hubby in some of my pics. Some people think the before after pics are creepy, but I think its specail-- good luck though on your decision

haha yea that would be kinda weird. ha. Sex is def different, and its hard to 'feel' sexy sometimes but hes so good about telling me about 'beautiful & sexy' I am being pregnant. So that helps. But yea def sometimes afterwards I can feel it in my stomach and what not. In like my first trimester we had had sex and there was some bleeding afterward...we flipped out and called the doc. He said that it was ok, sometimes it happens. But now so late in the pregnancy it shouldnt so. I just cant help it though, this pregnancy has be wanting it all the time. Which honestly isnt different than normal. My husband and I are very sexual people I believe. Plus with having a daughter already, its like the only intimate romantic times we have.

2) Yea my baby shower was going to be feb 16th, but now it might be moved to the beginning of march too. I just want to have the shower then have the baby!! I told my husband that after the shower, we are having sex everyday to put me into labor. Jokingly I said this. He flipped out! We already have sex alot so yea, but he said no that would totally scar him if we were and I went into labor or something. I thought it was so funny. But he is 'no, no, not doing it, no'.
3) yea I have this restless 'body' thing once a day at least. Usually when I am trying to lay down and nap or sleep....really annoying. I usually get up walk around a little bit and it seems to help.

I am so glad that you are getting the baby's room ready. I am still trying to finish registering. Our baby shower is in 6 weeks, what about you? Maybe I shouldn't wait until then to start decorating.

yea see I told you it was rough. I mean come on, you can ask pregnant women to do that, its a little much if you ask me. Well let me know what your results say. OMG I know how you feel on the sleeping front, oh its a nightmare. And even last night where I didnt have to get up every hour, it was more like every other, I only slept for 5 hours till my body was just like nope your up. Im getting this like restless leg syndrome thing but like all over my body. Oh I am so ready to just have my baby shower and have her!

yea that long fasting is hard, sleeping is going to help, but it still sucks. And you cant eat during the 4 hours the test is actually going on so yea. Well good luck tomorrow, I will keep my fingers crossed for you because it sucks, you dont want it. ha. Let me know...

Yah, i can imagine that wouldn't be an easy task. I'm gonna look for a casual job a couple months after this baby is born, just to get out...part-time was too much for me with my son, but i figure getting out once a week would be kinda nice, we'll see how things go anyways.

i'm doing well... had a scare yesterday because the stairs were wet outside my apartment and i slipped and fell all the way down the stairs o my back.. i went to the doc today to check on the baby and everything is fine.. i'm a little sore though. we are going to find out the sex on feb 4th. If the baby is a girl i want to have girl appropriate things. pinks and purples... not green and yellow... those colors still make me think boy.. i'm very excited to find out!

We just found the names and really liked them, our name for a boy is Ty Cohen and we still can't agree on a girl's name... we both like Bella and Layla, but i'm not sure if they would be good for a first name... so that's where we stand with names. I had a girl's name picked out when i had my first (it was going to be Jayden if he turned out a girl)but then my sister-in-law used it for her little boy so now we're back to square one, lol. How have you been feeling?

I had my bloods done and all the results were good except my iron levels, my midwife told me you'd be hard pushed not to have low iron by this stage. My husband is 6 2' and I'm 5 9' so i understand your concern...my midwife also told me that your birth weight and not your husbands has more influnce as a prediction for how big baby will be. I threw up every second day from week 9 to 16 and still throw up about once a week but I don't mind that, it was the nausia that was the real killer, thank goodness I don't get that to bad anymore.

well I hear it can be genetic but doesnt have to be. Well I didnt think I ate alot of sugar either. And apparently thats not what it is, its the carbs or something. I can only have so many carbs at a time. So I have to be able to calculate and try to measure all the carbs I eat. Its alot harder than I thought for sure. And the things they want you to eat is like things that will not fill you up or anything, its just frustrating.

Thanks for your comments. I am having an ok pregnacy and after some of the stories I have read on this sight I try not to complain. We are in the middle of summer here in New Zealand and it is a hot one, would be about 90 degrees outside today. have a scan on tuesday as the midwife is concerned that our baby may be big. I love going for scans, to nosey for my own good. Keep in touch, Helen
