I'm Amber...

I am currently 19 years old turning 20 in September, and I live with my awsome Husband Alex who is a Youth Pastor at Seabreeze Community Church. We are a Young Christian Family trying to beat the odds. We got married October 13th, 2007, it was an Irish Shamrock theme. I have a daughter from a previous relationship. She's the one who got me so close to God, saved my life, though I fought hard to have her and harder to keep her, i wouldnt have done it any other way. Some people believe that when I had her,I had ruined my life. But what no one knows that if I didnt have her I wouldnt have a life to Live... She is truley a mircle of GOD. Her name mean's God's Oath.If only I would have known.

November 19th

December 11th:

My First Doc's Appt. *Contemporary Woman's Care* ! All went well except they have put me on med's for having high blood pressure. *Chronic Pre-Hypertensia* Atleast I am getting good care!

December 20th: OUR FIRST U/S!!

Well I am measuring 9w1d and the baby 8w4d, it looked like a spud!! 159 beat per minute. Alex really wants a boy, I dont care as long as the spud is healthy. Im so tired, but not as sick as I was with my first one. Yay for that! I will have to have a c-section again though! Atleast i know whats coming for the future.

Janruary 3rd: 10weeks 3 days!

So no change really. The medication im on for my high blood pressure makes me tired and have headaches, dizziness. I cant wait until Janruary 14th. Thats my next check up, I hope I can here the heart beat. That would be awsome. Im thinking about getting a 3d/4d ultrasound done. I never got ultrsound pics of Lillie since I was on Medicaid. I have one of this baby already, but I want more! Alex really wants a BOY I would really like to have one for him, but we will just have to wait it out I guess. Im not really showing any, but i have no waist anymore :-(. They said I would show more eralier since this is my second one, maybe I should wait off until 12 weeks before I start whinning. My poor husband. Im a Whinner. Well I hope all of your Pregnancies and TTC are going well.

January 14th, 2007: 12 weeks:

Well today I'm going for my 12 week check-up. I hope I get to hear the heartbeat, I know i will be having to go get tons of blood work done :(. Oh well... Im glad I am getting the good care that I am. I am very lucky to have insurance and to be so healthy...sort of. My husband Lost his Job last monday so we have been struggling trying to find him another Job. Pray for us. :( I hope he finds one soon. Our colds seem to be leaving us now. My daughter was up all night last night. I forgot what it was to be up all night long, she is almost 2 years old so she has been sleeping through the night since she was 7 months. She gets up from time to time, but never an all nighter. So im sleepy. Have been craving pickles and salt and vinegar chips. I think we are having a girl. I just have this feeling like we are. :) I sort of want a girl more that a boy. Shh..dont tell my husband though!!! LOL! He wouldnt really care that much, I just know he wants a boy. So we have decided on names.

NAMES: Lyric Reese (boy) & Adalyn Faithe (girl)

I dont think we will be changing the names...but you never know. Well I will write more after the check-up.

Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers please, i dont want to have to go on bedrest. :(

Back From The DOCTORS!!

Well Hearbeat was good, it was on the Doppler!! It sounded strong!!!! Very exciting! BP was low, so they are happy about that, i have to do a little bit of blood work done and that will be great! Once it's done, it's done. Only alamring thing they want done is a EKG, becuase of my high blood pressure, they want to make sure there is no damage to my heart for Labor! I also have to get my eyes tested. :) Im glad that today's results werent as bad as I thought they could have been. Hope everything is going good for you guys. I dont get an ultrasound until the 20th, but I am thinking about going to get a 3d at 16 weeks or 15... so maybe we can tell what the baby is then :). Maybe. TTYL!

Monday January 21st,2008- 13 WEEKS!!!:

Well today I am sick...Alot of Mucus that makes me gag...but I havent had really bad MS this pregnancy! I forgot to put the Heartrate last time..it was 160...all signs point to a boy! I am showing a bit. Which is not so lovely since I dont fit yet into some of the maternity stuff I bought, but my clothes are snug! I look like Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer...So I went for my EKG today, they have to send it out to Specialists and I will get my results back in a week. I hope nothing is wrong with my heart because waiting for the results for a week could be bad! ;) I hope everything is going well for you guys! I will write again on the 31st I have a ultrasound every 2 weeks at the 14th week mark... So I get one 14 weeks, 16 weeks, 18 weeks, 20 weeks...you get the idea. They have to make sure my cervix is staying strong or I will have to get stitches put in... Oh boy. Well...God doesnt put us through stuff we cant handle...I wish he just thought I dont handle anything :). Hope all is well!

January 31st, 2008: 14 weeks 3 days!

So I went intoday to see how my cervix was doing! The tech told me she wouldnt be looking at the baby...made me sad, but I was her last ultrasound of the Day! I figured If i just worked a little magic over on her I could get a sneak preview ;) BOY I WAS RIGHT!! A little Magic and I got her to look at the Little one. It moved right infront of my eyes, she Looked at the heartbeat which was 164bpm and I said "The heart beat was so high, must be a girl" Those were the right words... she looked inbetween the legs and gave me a little glimpse. Because she wasnt suppose to be looking at the baby in the first place she old me she couldnt be sure, But she said it was a girl. I have been feeling it was a girl. My husband was disapointed but what can I say! IM SO EXCITED!! She said at my 16 week ultrasound that they will look again to make sure. I know its a girl though and the look on her face was she was pretty sure. Also Cervix is ok, but still have to go in and get it checked out every 2 weeks, hope everything is going great!!

February 11th 2008: 16 weeks Along!

Went to my doctor's appt, i got to here the heart beat! Everything seems ok. I go to another ultraound on the 14th! What a perfect V'day gift, to see my unborn baby! Then I have another one following that one on the 28th. They have me on close watch. They took blood for the down syndrome testing, so that was fun. Really other than that nothing new. I can feel the baby when she is on my right side, she favors that side. Well, now I cant wait until the 14th, this pregnancy seems to be going alot quicker than my other one. Kind of weird. Im already at 16 weeks when I swear i was just 8 weeks along! Soon she will be here in no time :) Hope everyone is doing great!

Febuary 14th, 2007: 16 weeks and 3 days!

So, had to go to the Doctor's office in clearwater, I waited almost 35 minutes just to get an ultrasound. UNBELIEVABLE! AND SHE WAS RUDE! She told me the baby was breech, and even though the baby was in perfect position to be taking pictures she hardly took 2 for us and they are horrible. The worst pictures ever. Baby's HB was 159. I could see it beating in her chest, she has truly grown! Hopefully the next ultrasound on the 28th at my regular doctor's office will be a pleasant one and I will get to have better picutre. It made my V'day a little bit of a bummer.I mean I even pressed it was V'day and she ignored me. Rude little lady. :( Sorry,i guess im spoiled but she didnt even be nice about the vaginal ultrasound (to check my cervix) Just stuck it in harshly and ignored me. Also she got that ultrasound Gew all OVER ME and my wrok clothes, didnt care. :(. Sad.

Febuary 23rd 2007: 17 weeks and 5 days!

So got a call from the Doctor's office yesterday, my down syndrome blood test came back completely negative. So that was good, i am going to the Doctor's again this up coming thursday for another Ultrasound and BP check, they might up my dose because my blood pressure was sort of high when i went it 140/70, but my normal blood pressure is 185/92. So I mean thats low to me! Baby is moving away, and Lillie has realised that there is a baby in mommie's tummy since I am looking like a bus already! Last doc appt, I had lost weight so maybe this one I will maybe gain? Hope everyone is doing great.Oh ya, im sick again. :(. Yucky Mucus.

February 28th, 2008- Sonogram and OB Visit: 18 Weeks 4 days

March 13th, 2008: Sonogram: 21 Weeks 4 days

March 27th,2008: Sonogram and OB visit: 23 weeks and 4 days

Arpil 10th, 2008- Sonogram: 24 weeks 4 days

Sunday, April 13th, 2008: 25 WEEKS!

Well we have made it, from now on I dont have anymore Sonograms unless the doctor feels i need one. If i have trouble with me cervix than I will have too be on bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy. I dont yet have a date of induction, or c-section. I dont believe they want to induce me. I think they dont want me to go through the "laboring" part due to my blood pressure. All looks good though. I yet to go shopping. We are just so poor right now and Alex not having a Job makes it a bit harder. I only have 12 more working days until I will be at my Job for 1 year and I get FMLA. I cant wait. Im very anxious about my c-section. I just cant wait to hear her cry, isnt that Ironic? Most Mom's never want to hear them cry. My daughter is now 2. So were going through the "Terrible two" Aspect. I have another DR. appt on the 23rd of this month, so we will see if they give me a c-section date, i doubt they will though. I hope everyone is doing well. Oh ya we chose Adalyn Rose for the name!

June 4th 2008, 32 weeks and 2 days!!!

Well tonight i am doing a walk through of the Hospital, its an hour long. We are having my scheduled C-Section at Sarah Walker Pregnancy Center at Morton Plant Hospital. No word on my gluclose test, or if im spilling protein in my Urine. Im irratated that the Doctor wont release the results to me. I go in tomorrow though since my uterus is growing quite large and I already have dropped. I go for my first NST and I have a Sonogram and Doctor's appointment in all one day. Pretty much tomorrow I will be there all day long. Sickening. Im very sore. My hips hurt so much. My blood pressure has been up alot lately too. I go to the Doctor every week now. im tired. Lillie is 2 and running around, asking a bunch of questions...Her vocabulary is AWSOME! Well Im hoping i will get my c-section scheduled tomorrow. We are playing it by ear. I am still working 40 hours and didnt take my FMLA until July 18th. I wish I took it sooner, but my team needs me at work, were already short handed. hope all you ladys are excited...its coming soon :)
