June 14:
Finally relocated to North Carolina. :) We got here on Sunday night. No electricity... No water... HOT weather. lol. It's all okay now though. Got it turned on the next day.

He likes standing on the outside of his walker more than being in the seat. lol. Hes so good at pulling up. As you can see, my new home is empty. lol. But my sweetie did being me some flowers in the background. :)

March 25:
I find it funny that I just happened to decide to update exactally 1 month after my last post... lol. Anyway, Things are okay. Chase is getting bigger and bigger. John is probably going to be here NEXT Thursday, which is right before spring break, so that's excellant. :) We're getting married when he's here. Yay! Im so sad, I miss him so much. :( He sends me pictures all the time, and i get even more sad.

February 25:
John officially proposed to me last week, but i didnt feel like writing bout it til now. lol. We are planning on getting married next time he is here, like at a courthouse, then he leaves in September to go to Iraq, and when he returns we'll have a real wedding. I dont even really care. We will already have been married almost a year by the time he comes hack, so a wedding doesnt even seem like it'll be that important at that point. I don't even care. I just want to be his wifey and have him forever. :-) I love him and Chase so much. They are my world.

I've recieved some terrible news. John is being deployed to Iraq in June. I'm so depressed, I dont even know what to do... He was supposed to save me from here when I graduate (in June) but now I dont know what to do... but I am NOT staying here.

You cant really tell in the picture, but this is a stipiling. (Lots of little dots.. and I mean LOTS) The WHOLE thing is tiny dots.

January 12:
Well, Chase is 4 months old today! YAY!!! I got bored with my layout, so i changed it up a bit and made a new background. What do you think?

January 5:
CHASE HAD HIS FIRST REAL FOOD TODAY!!!! Oh, my gosh, he was eating it all up. he decided he wanted to feed himself so he took the spoon! Then in the middle of feeding him, a tiny frog suddenly jumped from who knows where and almost went in his food!! My mom caught it and we took a pic to remember the eventful first feeding!! lol

January 4:
Chase is now double his age since last time I updaded. lol. 16 Weeks and 1 day. :-) John got to come for Christmas and we had lots of fun. Chase is so big. People are shocked when i tell them his age. He is soooo happy. He talks and laughs at me all the time, it's the cutest thing ever. I love him soooo much.

November 4:
I just realized that my whole birth story is gone. i'm really mad. What the heck happened to it?! AGH. I'm not re writing it, so oh well.

Annnyway, i havent updated in a million years, so I will now. Yes, John got to see the baby, he got a little teary, but he didnt actually cry. (He's too Marine to cry now.) lol. Everything is going good. He's still a good baby. He'll be 8 weeks on wednesday! Time is flying!! Heres a pic of me and my sweetie. He looks so different i cant believe it.

He's gone again now. He was only back for 10 days, now hes at MCT, but it's only 3 weeks long, and he only has like a week and a half left, then he goes to school and i'll be able to talk to him again. YAY! :-)

Oh, and NEW PICS ARE UP, so stop yelling at me!!! lol. I'm kidding.

I love you all! I'm sorry i never have time to get online. I've been so busy. You should understand!! Or, if you havent had your baby yet, you WILL understand!! lol.

Well, my name is Hollie. I am 18 weeks pregnant, and very happy... for now. My family is somewhat supportive... Theyre not to happy that I'm not married and so young, but oh well. My boyfriend is wonderful. His mom is excited about the whole thing, which is great. He is leaving in June to go to boot camp for the USMC. The sad thing is, he wont be here for the birth of our lovely child. :-( We don't know what we are having yet, but we will find out on Wednesday at my u/s. I can't wait. I'm dying to buy stuff for my little prince/princess. I used to want a boy, but my boyfriend wants a girl, and his hopes for a pink bundle of joy has rubbed off on me. He has 6 nephews so far, no nieces, and his sister is about to have another boy next month, so a girl would be nice, especially for his mom, who has had only grandsons.

Also, I am pro choice. However, an abortion isn't something I would ever do. I believe every woman should have the right to chose what is right for her, and her own situation, and NOBODY should try to tell her otherwise.

He was bouncing around, happy as can be. Waving and stretching. It's so weird to me how you can see it bouncing around all over the screen, but still cant feel it moving. It was amazing. I went shopping afterward. lol

Happy Friday the 13th! I'm officially 19 weeks. I was going to scan my u/s pictures and post them, but i guess my scanner hates me, so that didn't work out. THEN, I was going to take some tummy pickies, but my camera is dead, so i guess not today. By the time I actually post any pictures, my 'bump' might actually be a BUMP! Lol. That's all for now. XoXo

April 19:
Tomorrow is my prom, and I will be 2o weeks exactally. I finally took some pics of my belly. Either my shirt makes it look alot bigger, or it suddenly got alot bigger. I didnt think it looked this big until i took the pics and looked at them. My shirt makes it look like more of a bump than just a blob. The pic is in my photos.

May 30:
Well, things are still going well. I dont have much of anything to complain about. I went to the doc yesterday and everything's still perfectly normal. I have to go for my glucose test in a couple of weeks. Today, for the first time (that I've noticed) My little man kicked, and I actually SAW it from the outside. It was weird. And yesterday John felt him kick for the first time. Nothing else is happening. Good luck mammas and mammas-to-be. :-) <3

June 13:

So I have good news!! John found out today that his ship date will be moved back, because they are over crowded at the boot camp. We dont know when, but he thinks it'll be atleast a month. I'm hoping he stays until the baby is born, but I'm not counting on it. He'll be here for my birthday now, which makes me happy. :-D I don't know how I'm going to deal with him not being here. :-(

June 29:
Ok, so I'm 30 weeks today. Feeling pretty good, except a little pain in the right hip. Otherwise, everything is dandy. Still not much of a tummy. I'm glad, because I'm getting light stretch marks on my hips already, and if my belly grows, I'm afraid they will get darker and bigger, so my belly can stay small, thats fine with me!! lol. As long as my baby is growing well, my belly size doesnt matter. I can't wait for my little guy to get here. I was scared at first, then in denial, but now I've come to terms with the fact that I'm having a son, and he will be mine always, and I couldnt be happier! :-) Good luck and congrats to everyone. xoxo

July 6:
Well, my birthday was on wednesday, so that was lovely. I found out that John is leaving Monday. I'm so upset. I think I kinda made him feel bad about it, because I really want him to stay and I was crying about it, but oh well. So he DEFINITELY won't be here for the birth, and like a month after... Ugh. I need a hug. lol. Oh yeah, and today I'm 31 weeks. ONLY 9 WEEKS TO GO!!! Finally in the single digits!!! I can't wait. Atleast when John isn't here, I'll have a little mini-john to keep me busy. lol. (Lets hope it looks like him.) Anyway, that's about it. I'll post a pic later... xoxo

July 17:
Well, John left for boot camp yesterday... (for real this time) I got the call at 12:09AM last night from him, saying he had made it safely and everything. It's a 10 second scripted message, and the recruits arent alowed to say anything besides what is written on the paper they have to read. He couldnt even say "I love you" :-( It's going to be tough going through these last few weeks and the birth without him, but I know it's for the best. He graduates on Oct. 12 from boot camp. That's when I get to see him again.

July 22:
I got my crib bedding yesterday. It's not super heros, but it's still really cute! My aunt took me shopping yesterday, so that was nice.

Also, I had my first real contraction yesterday as well. It was not too bad, but I know during labor they will be much worse, and relentless!!! lol. Atleast it was only one for now. 12 more weeks until I see my sweetie again! YAY! I miss him so much. I'm trying to find a way to pass the time, but I just dont feel up to doing anything since he left. I still havent heard from him, but his mom called and said she got a post card with his address at boot camp on it, so when i check the mail tomorrow I'm hoping to find one. Otherwise I will have to get the address from her. I'm so anxious to write to him and see how he's doing.

July 27:
34 flippin weeks.
I've been having alot of braxton hicks these past few days. I'm hoping my little boy will come in a couple of weeks. He's not quite ready yet, but hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later. I got a letter from John. I'm SOSOSOSOOO HAPPY to hear from him. He's doing allright. He said it feels like prison at boot camp. (duh, I could have told him that. lol) Anyway, I just wanted to update. Good luck to everyone.


August 5:
Well, my baby shower was yesterday, and It was alot of fun. I got 2 strollers, so I'm returning one, and getting a changing table instead, because that's the only thing I have left to get. People LOOOOVE shopping for babies. lol. I got alot of clothes. Also, today I finally got my crib put up, and the bedding in it, and it is absolutely adorable. My son will love it. I have all this baby stuff, now I'm just missing one thing... THE BABY! lol. Actually, 2 things... I'd really love if John were here to share this time with me. :-( Pics are in my photo album.

August 17:
Well, today I am 37 weeks. Full term heck yeah!! Lol, anyway, I went to the doctor, did the strep B test, and he checked me. I'm still not dialating at all. I'm so bummed. :-/ I bought a pineapple to eat, because I've heard that it can help bring on labor... and because I love pineapple. :-) It's my dad's birthday, and I made a cheesecake for him. (but I will probably eat most of it) Haha. I decided to change my main pic, and my page cuz I got sick of the other one. lol. I'm still just having occasional braxton hicks, and some cramping, but that's about it. That's pretty much all I have to update. My 37 weeks pic is in my Photo album. ;-D Good luck mommies! <3

August 21:
I'm getting soooo antsy for SOME sign that labor is coming. School was supposed to start yesterday, but I'm not going until my baby boy is born, so I'm hoping he comes soon!!! I miss John. :-( I keep bouncing back and forward between excitment that a baby is on its way, to sadness that my sweetie wont be here for our sons birth. I dunno how I should feel. :-/ I want to see the look on his hace the first time he sees his son, but I cant. I'm going to send him LOTSSSS of pictures though. :-) I hope that will motivate him even more to keep going and be strong.

August 25:
I'm sosososo excited. John's platoon won a competition, and now he gets a 30 min. call home! YAY! He'll call either tomorrow or Monday. I'm so happy. I can't wait to hear from himmmm!!! I went to the doc yesterday, and I'm only dialated 1 cm... BOOOO!!! I'm gonna be preggo for the rest of my life... He said he wont even induce me until like the 15th. AGH! That's forever away!! Anyway, thats pretty much all. My 38 week pic has been added to the photo album. :-)
