Hello, My name is Heather. My Husband and I got married Jan. 4th, 2008. We were exited and shocked to find out only after 2 months of being married we were pregnant! We live in Milwaukee and have 2 dogs luca and georgia. We love superbikes, taking our dogs to the dog park :) and spending time with our families.

After I had a miscarraige last summer I wanted to be a mom more than anything. It happened at about 6 weeks and so since i'm past that this time I feel alittle less stressed. We had an ultrasound done at 6 weeks 2days and I saw the heartbeat. How exiting that was. I'm exited to meet new and expecting moms so please feel free to contact me..........good luck and god bless!

We just found out that we are going to get a 4D ultrasound done for FREE! GE Medical is having me be a volunteer to show Dr. who bought the machine how to use it. In return I get 1hr of a cd full of pictures of him....(We changed his name) Its a secret ;) I cant wait. The 4d u/s is being done on aug 21st. I will be 1 day shy of 26 weeks..... I cant wait to see his little face.....Larry cant get off of work so I'm taking my mommy.....shes so exited! Cant wait to post the pics soon.!

30 weeks tomarrow! I have been setting up milestones throughout my pregnancy and this is a big one. Well, We just had another 3D u/s done and I had such a better experience this time around. He behaved so well. I cant wait to meet him! Its kinda funny how much you love someone youve never met or had a conversation with. We decided to tell everyone his name, Its....................Reece Bradley..........we love that name. I really thought that I wanted to be done after him and everyone and their mother "told" me that I would change my mind and I kinda am ALITTLE. From week 21 to week 28 was not fun at all but, he is so active now inside me that im worried that I would miss that so much. I guess we will just take one day at a time. For now I love him and my new and growing family :)

So Much for the old wives tales.....

I experience the lump thing as well. Sometimes it actually grosses me out because it is so protruded and then moves really quickly. I always pat him on his little butt and then he pushes out all the farther!

lol, i felt the same thing the other night.. i just figured it was his head or butt! It was like i had a lump on the right side of my belly. i was laying down so it looked really weird, like my belly was lop-sided lol!!!

Hi im not to sure how to work out the centile? or % of weight, I cant see anything on the scans or print outs i have, Ill have to ask that next time i go to see my midwife, She was estimated at 3lbs 14oz at 30+3weeks, which is a good weight
they didnt say what she could be at birth either, My Daughter was 7.7lbs at 40+5weeks, so im hoping not too much bigger really, Ive go to deliver the Baby,

Your little Boy is so cute on the pics, Do you see a resemblance between anyone? Mine looks like her big sister so much when she was a baby, So weve got another cheeky monkey on the way it seems,

Just saw your comment about your wax. I posted about 6 weeks ago that I had a Brazilian and I wanted to die while I was in there, I think I sweat about 5 gallons! Haha, but anyway, I just had the 2nd one done on saturday and it was like a walk in the park compared to that first one. Those soft hairs really make it much easier! So I recommend keeping up the waxing and don't shave or you'll have to start all over! LOL...

The birth center in Childrens/Froederdt got the brand new 4D machine and my OB (shh she told me not to tell anyone) had me the first one to use it for free, i got a ton of photos and a really cool DVD. I am getting another one when I am farther along, I will post some of the photos. Have fun getting yours done..its so cool!

Well, the fight with my job is over and they won. As of last week h/r had dropped everything but this Sat my boss told me that I had to report to a meeting on Today, so when I arrived my boss was there along with h/r and the company supervisor. Anyhow, I was forced to sign the excessive absence paper or I was going to be terminated ( even though I had drs excuses and also they counted the approved time 2 days I had in June against me) they said that It is all considered excessive absences to the company whether it was approved or not. Also, I was slammed with a insubordination paper, which will remain on my file forever. If I get 1 more insubordination I will be fired immediately. I received that for refusal to initially sign the paper. Anyhow, they got me and thats it. I felt like I was attacked and they had an excuse for everything that I said. I was so strong before but I broke down and started to cry and told them how I was good to the company for 8 years with a clean h/r file and I was being treated unfairly. Anyway, today I fell low and taken advantage of. They allso made me submit my maternity leave letter , which I plan on leaving the last week of Sept now if I last that long now. The whole thing sickens me; I just can't wait till my new baby comes and I will forget about that job forever. I guess I will stay till next month until I am either harrassed by my boss until I resign or they find a reason to terminate me. I know you all are probably sick of this story as I am also, but I wanted to thank everyone who has supported me and given me advice. I am just really upset.

I feel even worse that I broke down today and the supervisor said that If I was not pregnant I would have already been fired because of my attitute and disrespect to my boss, but that she is cutting me slack because I am emotional. Anyway, maybe one of you can learn something from my rotten experience. I just don't know anymore! They even suuggested I take a leave earlier. Oh well, I guess there is nothing more to say.

Heres the work update: Alot of you are asking and it is so I thought I'd give a big update on it. Anyway, I reported to work on Sat and my boss was already there and the lady from human resources came shortly after. I was then called into the office for a meeting and I of course had a copy of the work handbook with me.haha. So, I once again stated my case and why I was refusing to sign the dicipline and h/r broke down the days that my boss was trying to count against me. The 2 Saturdays in June were thrown out by h/r becuase they were preapproved days off and not call offs( my boss tried to say that they were not pre approved) but I told her she better tell the truth because there is documentation to prove that they were( I filled out a personal leave paper 2 weeks in advance), so she admitted to h/r that they were indeed pre approved. That left 3 days in July 2, which were pregnancy related and 1, which was due to babysitter having an emergency. 1 ofm the drs excuse days was also thrown out but I am being held responsible for the (babysitter day). Anyway, h/r told my boss to hold off on the dicipline until I submit the zoo trip excuse, which I did yesterday, so we'll see what happens. I did point out that policy states that FMLA excuses cannot be held against an employee along with the fact that a dicipline cannot be issued unless the excessive absences are 2 consecutive months in a row, which does not apply to me since the June days were thrown out. H/R is supposed to be mailing me FMLA paperwork to fill out if I have any future pregnancy related call offs, which would count against my 12 weeks. Honestly I think they were both floored that I had a copy of the handbook and brought it with me to state my case. I guess I'll see what happens next. I think that evil boss of mine will try to find another way to get me out. I told them that I planned to stay until Oct 1st and my boss made a comment saying If you last that long, which I replied what do you mean by that? She said well... you don't know what can happen with your pergnancy and all. Whatever! That woman is NASTY! I ahve had problems with her ever since she became manager back in Oct. I can't wait to leave that place and never go back! I will soon have my new little boy. I am not going to let that crappy job bring me down. It is what it is. Thank you all for your concerns and I will give another update when I find out whats next.

I hope I didn't ramble again.lol.

Hi, I wanted to give everyone an update on my work situation. I reported to work today at 8am my scheduled time and at 3pm 1 hr before my shift ends my boss came and called me into her office to sign the warning paperwork pertaining to the 3 days I called off in July 2 of which I had a medical excuse for. I told her that I refuse to sign the paperwork because I have medical documentation and 1 non medical excused call off is not considered excessive for 1 month. She told me I had to sign it anyway even if I did not agree and that I could write a comment on the paper and I said no, not without my legal councel rewiewing this document. I picked the paper off the table to look at It and she tried to snatch it from me stating that I was not allowed to have a copy unless I signed it. I still refused. She told me that I will be insubordinate but I still held my ground. I walked out of the office and resumed my duties until 4pm. I ultimately decided not to give in to this because I discussed this with my dad and sterpmother and they advised me that I do have rights even as a part time employee and that what they are trying to do is NOT legal. I also got alot of responses from all of you. So, I guess we'll find out what happens with me this week. Yes, I do need the money but I am not going to let anyone take my rights away, so thats why I decided to stand my ground. Oh yeah, they cancelled the zoo trip and she didn't even tell me to come to work and when I brought that up she got defensive and said she had already found coverage. Anyway, I hope everyones pregnancy is going well and I want to thank everyone who responded to my post needing advice.

I just wanted to give everyone an update: I talked with alot of you abot my terrible appt with my midwife ( she was real nasty to me) last Tues and that the u/s report stated that they weren't able to get a good look at my babys entire head, so of course I worried that something was wrong with my babys head. I had my u/s this morning and everything is good (his head is completely normal) I was worrying myself for no reason. Also, my midwife wasn't so nasty to me today; I mentioned to her about the sharp pains in my cervix and she told me not to worry unless I was having strong contraction like pains. She offered to check me but said that checking sometimes causes more problems and irritates the cervix, so I did not get checked. I only worry about preterm labor because I was dilated 1 1/2 cm and contracting at 22 weeks with my first son; I was given medication and Iv fliuds and the labor did not progress. Anyhow, now that my u/s has proven my baby to be healthy I can finally quit stressing. I was just told to take it easy and not overdue myself as far as walking and activities are concerned. Thank you for listening to my complaints.lol. I was just stressing about the head issue way too much.
