Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

I know how you feel. The thought of going back to work makes me so sad, but I just try to concentrate on the positives, like we will have the money for him to have everything he needs (and then some:) and he will benefit from the socialization. It is also healthier to be exposed to others his age now, so when school starts he will have a great immune system. What day care option did you chose? It is a tough decision all around. How is your little guy doing now?

Last week was my first week back at work...the first few days were absolutley HORRIBLE!! This sounds bad, but now I kind of like being back at work. She is adjusting now and when I pick her up she is SOO happy to see me. It feels great!! Also, I feel like I am almost a better mom because I can be with her all evening and spoil her rotten. I hold her all evening and play with her...when I was at home all day by the evening time I just wanted her to sleep! Isn't that offal? Also, this weekend has been wonderful because I have had all day with her...I dunno, I kind of like it because it make the time with her that much more special and rewarding!! Good Luck going back!

Sean Douglas, is a cool name! You know it is funny, because I have had so many boys, I was running out of names that I liked, I quite like Sean, but it was too close to Shayne, my hubby's name, so we decided against it.

I am 39 too and have started again after a long break, I remarried and have had two little boys and now pregnant with a little girl, after having five boys and only one girl, now we are adding another girl to our clan, yay!

yes i do, its is very challenging at the present. I am a liason between the warehouse and the cleanroom. I kit components to be built in a cleanroom environment. I am always on my feet, walking, stooping, bending lifting. 4 ten hour days in a row, 4:30 pm to 2:30 am. I have already started having contractions so my dr sent me some restrictions, but we are so short handed it is hard to follow them sometimes. I work alone alot. It is nice to meet you looks like we might have alot in common. Please keep in touch.
