aw bless 4 weeks till holiday... my son is nearly 7 now and i still fret before holidays!

im sure you will look amazing! dont worry! fit bodies are 75% good diet and 25% effort. i have a nutritionist hes gave me a plan to follow for summer.. so far ive lost 6 lbs in three weeks and its not even been an effort.. want me to email it to you.. its suits a 5 ft three small build person tho so you would have to adjust your calorie intake to suit..

Hey. I read your post about flattening your tummy. I have two kids and I know about the after effects of those beautiful babies. :) One thing I got was one of those work out videos. I got a used copy on Amazon of a Jilian Michaels one, called the 30 day shred. She is the trainer on the biggest loser. I was skeptical, but after only 6 times using her workout, my stomach is not only flatter, but I'm toned more all over. And I can't imagine what it'll be like if I stick with it for thirty days. Anyway, just a suggestion. Hope all is well...
