Tuesday, 13 May it does make a huge difference if exercise is regular! and it is harder! also remember that your body will adjust to your exercise so its wise to change things up a bit every 6 weeks to shock your body into losing again. you will do great!!!

Friday, 9 May whole food are non processed foods like fresh fruit and veg and meat and whole grain rice, pasta etc.
it is really really hard to lose I know but you CAN do it! think about it as a lifestyle change your new lifestyle has 3-4 days of good solid exercise (cardio and resistance) and try eating little snacks throughout the dy instead of meals etc.
i can tell you that I was 240 pounds when i was diagnosed. I changed the way I live my life and how I feel about myself and how I eat and just by eating slowly and in little bits combo'd with the exercise I lost ..goodness what am I now.. I am 172 so I have lost 68 pounds in 3 years. make sure it comes off slowly (1-2 pounds per week) as then it will stay off!
remember you are embarking on a journey that is all about you! be kind to yourself, and positive! it won't change over night so just take baby steps towards your goals and you will get there!!

Thursday, 8 May hey! best thing to do for PCOS is exercise and eat healthily. wheat and gluten can irritate your body and make you tired so eat lots of whole foods and drink lots of water! I know it sounds like pants advice but I feel soooo much better now that I am taking care of my body. and even more so when I cut down on the amount of wheat and gluten I was taking. other than that some forms of the pill can regulate your periods and slow down acne and hair growth (if you have any). just remember that 1 in 5 people have PCOS so you are not alone!! take care! tbear -
Thursday, 8 May Thanks.... I did that last month I guess our doctors think a like. Last month I started metformin, got a HSG (looks for blockages in your tubes and sometimes clears them out) and took birth control. This month I started clomid and went off the birth control. I finally ovulated the day before yesterday so I am officially on the two week wait. Good luck to you and lots of baby dust! jenelle -
