Hi... My legs hurt sooo bad too! Actually it's my whole body because I walk about 3 mi/day as well. I took a couple of tylenol yesterday before I walked and it didn't really help...LOL. So if you find something that helps you, let me know and I'll do the same! ;)

hi i read your post on week 27 about your legs etc hurting. i have been experiencing this since about week 20. there is nothing that u can do about it either. my feet/calvs are swollen, my pelvis hurts and my groin area feels like i have been riding a horse for a week. its the extra weight and your body changing getting ready for the baby. it sucks...every morning i dread getting out of bed.

Your 4D picture is very cute! My baby is a big baby as well. At my 21 week u/s she weighed 1 pound and 3oz. My doctor wants me to watch what I eat, but another doctor said that if my baby is meant to be a big baby, then she will be big no matter what I eat. As long as our babies are healthy, then we will be fine. Congrats, and take care!

My profile got deleted- I had to start over. Did you get my last message in regards to my hospitalizations?

Ediesmommy - Thursday, 17 April
Hey JM! I am yet another fellow RH negative buddy that is blessed to know I am not in this alone. My doctor told me I will get a shot of rhogam at 28 weeks then another one after I deliver only if the baby is RH positive, which is a great possibility since my husband is. There is nothing to worry about as long as you get your injection! Best wishes to you and your angel in your womb!

MommyKatRN - Thursday, 17 April
I can see lots of people have answered you already, but it's just an injection, and you get it routinely at 28 weeks and after delivery. Some people get additional doses for complications or bleeding. Baby3OnWay had exactly the right explanation for it; because you have a negative blood type and your husband is positive, there is potential that the baby's blood type is different than yours. If any blood product from the placenta passes to you, your body potentially recognizes it as "foreign" and tries to "attack" it, so it can cause complications with future pregnancies. The injection basically prevents that from happening. (if your husband had been negative they won't give it because if you are both negative, the reaction doesn't happen). hope that helps??!

hey, rogahm is just a shot they give you in your hip,it pinches a little, but after that lil pinch thats it,you should not feel groggy or anything.i have had it many times.i have been preggo 8 times and i have 4 kids and preggo now,i have gotten it everytime! not a big deal, dont stress!!!

OK so I read my booklet on the Rh factor here and it has a lot of information. It says they should test your partner as well to determine the outcome.I think it has a lot more to do with numerous pregnancies then it does your first though. Not 100% sure. I do know that you and the baby both have to have it for no shots to be given and that do determine that from your and your partners blood! (math of +'ves and -'ves) Then you just get vaccines like shots at around 28weeks and another after delievery... something to do with making sure your body doesn't think the baby is "foreign" and try to fight it off... Theres so much in the medical field that has advanced though that its nothing you sould worry about just be greatful they are doing their job to find this out now... NOW is the time. Your baby and you are in good hands! I'm sorry if this is confussing or not making sence but I tried! Good Luck

It's actually really common and not a big deal. You just receive a couple of shots. Maybe one a few weeks before and then one before or after delivery.

Nettie27 - Wednesday, 16 April
Hey! I am Rh negative as well, and my husband's is positive.. I haven't received the shot yet, but I've heard it's no big deal; just a shot.. I don't think it has any effects (at least on most women). Hope this helps a bit!

thank you good to know! how's everything going with you? i am feeling the baby move now, so that's great :)

hey i just had a question about the doppler. i got mine last week and it works great. do u find that sometimes the hb sounds differently? if i leave it in one place it is lound and strong but not as fast as i have heard it before) then the sound gets stronger and faster. is this because the baby is moving around? when i hear it and it is slower, i almost think it could be a pulse of my own. sometimes i get a very strong fast beat and sometimes it is loud but not as fast...does that make sense? just wondering if this is similar to what you experience. i timed them tonight and i had 154 bpm which is pretty consistent with my dr. thx.

ML28 - Saturday, 5 April
