Hello all. I am 25 years old married to the sweetest man in the Air Force. We met in England when I used to serve as well and now we just had our first child on August 5, 2008. You can read my birth story if you are interested. :-) We are hoping to become stationed in Japan sometime next year, a place we both always wished to go. I pray we will be so I can show my little one different parts of the world. I am nervous and worried as anyone would be about parenthood and welcome all forms of conversation, that's in good taste to say the least. ^_^

Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

4timesthelove - Friday, 3 October Yessss, my lil one tries that fake cough, crying and now is falling out. I had to let him now I'm not that type of mommy. I let him lay there until he gets a hold of himself. Before you know it the sleeping will improve. Also try some jazz music and some type of bedtime routine. that may help. Gradually it will change. It feels crazy cause you are in it. Believe me I know. Best wishes
kaharris05 - Friday, 3 October Hey! How's everything going?
4timesthelove - Wednesday, 1 October LOL that sleepy crackish feeling will pass soon for you hoepfully. I am nursing so I have learned to work around it. I'm looking forward to toilet training cause these diapers are BOMBS whooo chile!
4timesthelove - Tuesday, 30 September your lil mama is adorable!
lovebelly - Monday, 29 September Ha ha ha ha.... I was taught this as a little girl and it is something that has always just come so naturally! It is kinda like holding your shoulders back; it is a part of your posture. It naturally builds your ab muscles, never having to do a single crunch or sit up. IT is a great habit for women to learn.
Tip: DON'T hold your breath, just concentrate on holding your lower stomach in, keeping it taught and tight. Have another baby first and then let me know!!!!!!!
lovebelly - Monday, 29 September Honestly? I believe a huge part of it is genetics: I am tall and very long-waisted, therefore lots of room for baby and I only gained about 15 pounds. All I had to do was hold my stomach in and it disappeared in a couple weeks. That, and I am a VERY healthy eater. When it comes to the abdominals, it is ALL ABOUT NUTRITION!!!!! Eat healthy and it will vanish!
Congrats on your beautiful angel!
pregcasey - Saturday, 27 September LOL! I was trying to get a couple stray hairs and went a little too far!
