That's a good idea to take off work for a few months b4 the baby...I bet she'll love that!
I wish I could, but the bills just would pile too high, haha! IIf I could I would do that in a heartbeat!!
It was a difficult thing to go through, but I honestly think it made my husband and I realize life isn't worth arguing and we became really close, so at least there was one positive out of it, and hey I got my little girl, so how could i complain :)

Well..I went in for my 5 mo checkup and you know how they regularly check the heartbeat....well they couldn't find it..so I had to have an emergency ultrasound and they pinpointed the heart and it wasn't beating ...Come to find out his umbilical chord was in knots and around his neck...it was the worst moment of my life...then 2 days later they had to induce me and I had to give birth to him already knowing the outcome...so that was even harder...but his grave is close to home and my husband and I visit him frequently. My daughter plays with his toys on his grave while we sit there...so it's getting better
Yah...and the 30 hrs??? I was so mad after that they were like umm okay we're going to do a C-section...I mean come on...they coulda told me that 20 hrs ago, lol:)

Well I lost a little boy 2 years ago..I ws 5 months preg. and the doc couldn't find his heartbeat for a normal checkup...so that didn't go over too well.
Then with Lily I went through 30 some hours of labor and then had to do a C Section and all 9 lbs 2 oz was born :) big baby!!
So that was a little rough..so I have mixed feelings about another...who knows though. I think my hubby's talked me into it :)
5 or 6 though...now I don't know about that, haha!

Were you kinda skeptical of having another? idk y i just am....like pregnancy all over?? labor all over? newborn stage all over??idk if I'm ready ya know?

Jayden is cute :) My Little girl's middle name is Jaydence... That's pretty close

My Dr's appt is on Sept, 22. I am getting so anxious. With my son I saw him at 6 weeks so having to wait until week 9 to see this one is almost torture! haha We are thinking this time around it is a girl, just because this pregnancy was very different from last time. If it is a boy we will be thrilled though & I am sure my son would be too :)

Just wanted to say congrats on baby #2!
I am 7 weeks pregnant with baby#2 & my son is your daughters age, he was born June 16 07! So do you think your daughter knows yet that something is "in there", meaning you are pregnant? My son started to lift up my shirt at 6 weeks & started to play with my stomach, it was so funny!

Ok, it's good to know I'm not crazy!! lol. My best friend had a boy in January. He has cute clothes, but I agree, girl clothes are cuter!! As for names, if it's a boy he's going to be named after his dad, Dorione Quintrell. Honestly, not the sort of names I would give a child of mine, but he wants a Jr so I'll give it to him. I really love the name Jeremiah Alexander so I hope a future son of mine can get that! As for a girl, I like the name Dorielle. I'm trying to keep with naming the child after him.

Oh ok. Well, technically this is #2. I had a miscarriage June 07. I want a girl, but my boyfriend honestly believes it's a boy. He really wants a Jr! A girl would be nice just so I could dress her in cute little outfits and do her hair all pretty! Am I crazy for wanting a girl just to dress her up? lol, I hope not! I'm glad things are going great with your first. By the way, I love the name Jayden.

Thanks for the tip. I was in denial about my pregnancy, because for a while I just had cramps that I thought were menstrual cramps. I think the nausea finally made it real for me!!

That's great to hear! I've been having cramps everyday since I was supposed to start my period, but drinking a lot of water seems to help that. I just started experiencing nausea about 3-4 days ago. It's crazy! It happens whenever I smell food cooking!! lol. I woke up last night feeling a bit "sea sick". That was weird and it took a while to calm my stomach down, but I'm good now!

my first appt is Oct 9 not sure what he will do. I went to him with my 2nd but I started out at a different doc then switched to him midway through. I have been told he likes to do an early ultrasound on all his paitents to make sure everything is going good so we will see. I tell you what my last two pregnancies were very similar expect how I carried but this one wow I am already exhausted and sick. I didnt have any symtoms with the last ones till about 7 weeks. My back is aching all the time too??? How are you feeling any symtoms yet??
