This is my second pregnancy and hoping that this one turns out better than the last one. I had a miscarriage in Jan. 07 with twins after almost 2 years of TTC. My doc couldn't find a heartbeat at 12wks so had an u/s and that is when we found out it was twins but neither had a heartbeat. We were devastated! I had a d & c. After only 2 months of trying this time we were successful. This time I was on Letrozol and not clomid like the last time. I am currently 13 weeks and we have heard the heartbeat 2x at doc's office. Although we are super excited, it is also difficult because we are still cautious and desperately hoping everything turns out well. It is so weird that once you have had a miscarriage you will never have a typical pregnancy in your own mind and no matter how much your friends (who haven't had a miscarriage) try to comfort you or understand they will never know what it is like.

Saturday, 2 August Ryland slept straight through last night! 7:15-6:15, usually he wakes once for a feeding. DANNIE -
Saturday, 2 August What do you do about night wakings? DANNIE -
Saturday, 2 August Ryland was out in 15 minutes tonight! at 6 I gave him oatmeal, then we read, did a bath, massage, jammies and a bottle at about 7:15- I put him in his crib, he cried a bit and then was out! Would it be better to do the bottle earlier than right before putting him down? DANNIE -
Saturday, 2 August So I should not be going in to Ryland every 10 minutes to soothe him???? 1st-time-mama08 -

Friday, 1 August It's getting better, slowly! He's doing one four hour stretch a night now (although not when I'm asleep LOL) and hopefully it will get longer soon. Had a few disruptions so just taking it as it comes at the moment! Sometimes it works to let him cry for a bit but then other times I can tell it's gonna get him really worked up so I just feed or comfort him. But it's getting better as the weeks go by :) how's things with you? 1st-time-mama08 -

Tuesday, 29 July Thanks, I do think he's ready for it now so I will try again tonight! If he didn't see me he would have been fine! Lesson learnt! yolandalee -
Tuesday, 29 July Thanks I will try again tonight, it didn't go quite as well as I'd hoped (6 wakings last night) but maybe tonight will be better. The first time he cried for 8 minutes, then he woke 45 minutes later and cried for 18 minutes then it went quiet. After a few minutes I went to check on him - big mistake! He was sucking his hand quietly but then he saw me and the crying began again for another 20 minutes. I eventually gave in and gave him a bottle cos I though 40 mins of crying was too long. Painful!! karenc -
Friday, 25 July hey there! i'm sure there's a way. i don't use facebook so i'm assuming there is no obvious link to copy. if that's so, try right-clicking the video and choosing properties -- the video file location will appear in the properties box and you can copy and paste it into a piece of code like this (embed width="488" height="361" src="...URL..."). you just need to replace the parentheses with and replace the ...URL... with the actual address http://, etc. hope that helps! karenc -
Wednesday, 23 July lol, i was just editing my last post b/c i realized it should have gone to YOU - der! my husband and i have been using mp3skyline, which you have to pay for but the songs are just cents apiece, and i also have a Zune, so i use the Zune community. back in the napster days we were big adovocates of free music exchanges, but we both kind of got tired of getting half of a song, or songs of poor quality. is limewire still free? busybeemom -
