Hi everybody! My name is Jennifer but I go by Jenn. Anything but Jenny...lol : ) I am originally from New Orleans La. And, yes I was there for hurricane Katrina. She is the reason I am where I am today. Good things did come of it though! I am now married, stepmom and pregnant : ) I am around 28 weeks prego today. I have a few different due dates. I'm going by the one in the middle..August 15th! This is my first baby : ) The baby was shy at the first ultrasound but the dr thought she saw a boy part (60 % boy). My next ultrasound is next week!! : ) I was hoping for a boy...especially b/c I have so many boy things already.

I married my high school sweetheart on Jan. 30th. We took a cruise w/ 28 family members from New Olreans to Cozumel Mexico. We were married at Playa Mia on the beach. It was soooo beautiful and lotsa fun. I still had a blast even though I couldn't drink. My husband has a 6 year old daughter...Aubrey-Anna. She had a big part in the wedding. She is so excited about being a big sis! I tried to get her in to take the sibling class but she says that she already knows everything (just like her dad)...lol.

I'm happy to announce that i'm pregnant again! Gabe is going to be a big brother!! The babies will be 15 months apart...so i'm gonna be one busy momma!!

May 24, 2008 :I'm finally over the ms! Thank god! I lost a few pounds but i'm back to my regular weight. I gained 45 pounds w/ my son. I ate anything and everything. This time around i'm going to watch what I eat. Plus chasing a 9 month old will keep me busy busy. He is into EVERYTHING right now. I still can't believe he's going to be a big brother. He was actually a twin and we lost the twin in the beginning of the pregnancy. I'm just happy to have one perfect baby and another on the way! I can't wait to find out the sex on June 2nd! Hopefully baby is not shy. I have a feeling its a boy but my step daughter said its def. a girl. Either way i'll be happy! : )

Its been a few months since i've been on this site. I lost the baby at 17 weeks back on May 27th. It was very devistating and still is. I know God has his reasons and one day i will find out why he wanted my angel up in heaven w/ him. THe baby has another brother/sister angel up there and a cousin. At least i know baby is in the best place!

If you have a raised temp I would go to the doctor right now - that can be a sign of infection, best to be safe than sorry. God I am only 14 weeks and couting down each, would love to be 37 weeks like you right now!!! best of Luck xx

I would say that you will probably have to have a c-section.....so sorry, it really isnt a nice thought - mind you not having to push a melon out sounds good too!! best of luck please let me know how you get on - you are beautiful btw xx

When I was 30 weeks they gave me an ultrasound and it moved half way up. I'm not to sure how far that was but I think you might need a c-section. I hope you don't but if you do its best for you and your baby. Good luck with the birth... I wish you all the best. It's all worth it in the end!

Hi Jenn! I just got your message - so sorry to hear about your placenta. To be honest I would think you would have to have a c-section, there is a hight risk of heamorrage (sorry not sure how to spell it!) by having a natural - it depends on how near it is around your due date. The c-section isnt as bad as you may imagine, in fact I kind of want onw with my second! Take it easy and it may well move away - unfortunately it is out of your hands, I am actually surprised you havent had any bleeding as yet. I actually went last Thursday but he had his face pushed so tight to the top of my tummy we could not get a good shot.. I go tomorrow am hopefully he will be in a good position, keep your fingers cross...I'll let you know..Hope you are doing well?

Thanks! Yours are good too. We will get a photo album and DVD, but it won't be ready until next week. She printed us out some photos in the meantime, of which I posted a couple. She was moving around quite a bit so the tech was able to get some good shots of her face. BTW-your wedding looks like it was gorgeous!

Thank you for the tip! I just get sooo worried, if i dont feel her kick high and i only feel her in one spot. And I guess youre right, I should just be happy to feel her. My placenta previa has corrected itself but now its the preeclampsia i have to worry about! Your placenta previa if partially corrected should correct itself the rest of the way, they say if it hasnt by the third trimester it probably wont, but since yours is workin on its way, then thats good. You are absolutley adorable by the way! Pregnant tummies are the cutest. Congratulations and keep me updated on your pregnancy!

Congrats! I am also due in August! The first time we tried to see what the baby was we were told 60% boy. I get an ultrasound everytime I go, so I was only 15 weeks. But every single visit since then he has no shame showing us his stuff. Hope you get your boy!!
