I still so vividely remember all the pain and fear and stress and all of those feelings when we were told that MAYBE our son had DS. all the crying I did and praying. I so badly didnt want it to be so. But God already had all planned - and now looking back I cant believe I stressed so much. And I know at this very moment you cant picture what you will feel when your child is here (should she have DS) but I PROMISE you will feel a type of love you never knew exsisted. REgardless of the outcome, I wish you the best.

Those pictures are absolutely beautiful. All babies are cute and not all u/s pics are beautiful but lil' Aubrey is gorgeous!!! She is so plump and looks perfect ( like an anne getes sp? photo). Congratulations on this beautiful little girl. xxx ooo

Just read your message on the Trisomy 21 page, my heart goes out to you and your family for all of your worries. You are being so brave, a real inspiration to me.

Jennifer5 - My granddaughter just celebrated her first birthday and she has DS. I remember very well last year when she was born and the ped. said she suspected DS. My first grandchild and I loved her so much but I was so sad at the same time. Now 1 year later she is doing so well, crawling, pulling herself up, saying mama and dada and smiling at everyone who talks to her. She has changed my life in so many ways for the better. The photos of Aubrey are beautiful and if she does has DS you will see it will be alright. God bless you and your family and Aubrey.

Hey ive been wondering how you have been doing you have really been on my mind latly :) i seen your post on the ds page wow your almost done and getting ready to hold your little girl :) BTW the u/s pics of Aubrey are beautiful she is so cute! I still have my good and bad days i just wish i had more answers. but if you ever need anyone to talk to please message me. Update on me i went to the dr 4 weeks ago the dr was at the hospital so i just had to see the nurse she really had no info at all she said that if the u/s dr seen somthing really wrong that he would see me back sooner than 34 weeks, so at my next dr appt im going to ask the dr for another scan sooner b/c it eats at me everyday but on a good note ive been up in ohio for the last 2 weeks and we still have a week left its been so great being around family

I saw your information in Trisomy 21. My first son does not have Downs, however he was born with TOF. He is now 2 and is doing great! If you have any questions, please let me know! I know it's scary, but kids are so resilient!
