Hey Jennifer! Im having the same issue! Mine seems to be worse after eating though for some reason. They thought it was my gall bladder, but did u/s and said its fine. But havnt been given any ideas or anything for relief. Sometimes its worse than others, but it will go from under my right breast, straight back to the same spot on my right back.

Sounds similiar to me but mine might have been brought on my canoeing a few weeks ago or I've read, the way the baby is sitting which is typically on my right side. I've got a heating pad as well which offers some relief.
