Our Story...

Aprox five years ago I had some cancer tissue removed from my cervix. As a result of the surgery I was told that I could not have any more children. At the time I was ok with that. I had a girl & a boy, an ex-husband and no intention of wanting more kids. Since then my life has changed drastically. I found a new love, we built a new home and a new life for us & the children. What more could anyone want? One day early this past September my son announced that he wanted a puppy and a baby brother. I explained to him that a puppy may be possible but a baby was not.(little did I know at the time) Shortly after that, we ended up getting a puppy and a week later we found out about the baby.(our first pregnancy test was negative so I thought there were other medical reasons for missing my period) Now my son thinks he is the luckiest kid ever because he wished for both & it came true...which causes me to caution him to be careful what he wishes for!

We are all looking forward to meeting our little man!

His name is Blake Warren...my son picked out Blake & it just seemed to suit him. Warren is a family name. They say everything happens for a reason...I believe this little guy was just meant to be.
