Tuesday, 8 July Aww thank you! Thats very sweet of you! Yes, the decision to leave was difficult but I think it was for the best. The wait continues :)...for both of us lol CANTW8TOBMOMMY -
Tuesday, 8 July Thanks, I just hope he gets here soon so I am not wasting my time! I do have a desk job but it is in a super busy office and I am actually on my feet most of the day...so I am SOOOO happy to be on leave. It hasn't really sunk in yet! stephs1 -

Saturday, 5 July aw thats so cute that my story touched you so much! lol i just hope more moms can relate and see that such a sissy of a girl (me) can have natural births! lol and its funny- bc everyone in my family has always though of me like this frail little girl who cant do anything for herself and just petite and blah blah- cant take pain for nothing. and now like they treat me different- with respect! lol and they all see me as this tuff chick now. its so funny. its really mind over matter. seriously. i just kept saying to mnyself "and this too shall pass" its out of the bible- and its true. everything has an ending. i knew i wouldnt be in pain forever. and it was so much healthier for my baby too. it was totally worth it! Saturday, 5 July hey there thanks for replying, was just feeling a bit down as I thought I was so close to the end and just wished I knew a little bit earlier so I could have started the excercises to try and encourage him to move a bit sooner! But hopefully we will both have our babies in no time :) Caracaya -
Wednesday, 2 July That diagram is indeed helpful in feeling better about going past the due date. Here is the whole article that talks about the research regarding when women have their babies: http://www.transitiontoparenthood.com/ttp/birthed/duedatespaper.htm
I am due tomorrow, and I also don't think she will be here until at least another week or so. I'll find out tomorrow if I have further dilated, but in the end it is little indication of her actual arrival. As much as I would like her to get here now, I won't get too antsy until I hit week 41. At that point we will begin with the induction conversation, which I would like to avoid. Let's hope those little buggers don't make us wait too much longer! Mindieswan -
Tuesday, 1 July Jens, never heard that. I like it though. It's different and has meaning..so that is what counts. No meaning behind my daughters name. Just what I liked. With a boy, I am sure we will have to carry on a family name. It will work out, it always does... Good Luck... :) UKDUTYPAID -

Tuesday, 1 July thank you very much :-) xx Mindieswan -
Tuesday, 1 July Yeah!! Do you have a name?? I would love to go through it naturally, but let's face it..I'm not wonder women and it does not make me a whimp to push out a baby with some help. haha. I know, I am thinking I would like to have her next week now, this weekend at the beach is a MESS and the hospital is pretty much on the sand. It only takes 10 minutes to get there, but with the traffic... I don't know. littlerpm -
Tuesday, 1 July Glad the info helped, it just depends how much you/he were going to be involved with Brits really. Have you decided on a new name? Mindieswan -
Monday, 30 June Yes, he said he would deal with her. He is very supportive, trust me it makes life easy. I have to say he is a wonderful man and our family comes first..I'm not getting to excited either. I am still holding her really high and due on Friday. What are you having?? You nervous? Mindieswan -
Monday, 30 June thank you for your reply. She was a reck when she was in there with her daughter. She is the head of a hospital and thinks she knows everything. She is so high stress and anxiety, I think she will freak me out. That is what she did to her own daughter. I don't want that to happen because I am really mellow right now. Ya know?? I probably won't see her until I give birth, seeing how I am due on Friday. My husband told me he would tell her... angelbabies14 -
Saturday, 14 June Hey mama, how are things, baby didn't come yet did it... you haven't been on in a few, just checking......let me know!! xoxo Caracaya -
Tuesday, 3 June Yeah, I am generally not squeamish with things like this, but perennial massage was not my cup of tea. Since pregnancy I have been way too sensitive down there. I'll let my doctor try to stretch me once I am in labor. I figure once that day has arrived getting sore down there from the massage will be the least of my problems
