I AM ONE YEAR AWAY FROM GETTING MY DEGREE BIOLOGY/MEDICINE, BUT I HAVE TAKEN SOME TIME OFF, BUT EVENTUALLY I DO PLAN ON FINISHING AND GO ON TO ATTEND MED SCHOOL

I AM CURRENTLY SEPARATED, BUT WAS MARRIED TO AND IN LOVE WITH MY CHILDHOOD SWEETHEART

Mz. Kennedy was born into a montage of cultures, ethnicities and races. Her mommy's mommy (My mom!!!) is of Somoan and Puerto Rican descent, Her mommy's daddy(My dad!!!) is and Trinidadian and Spanish. Her daddy's mom is Hawaian and her dad's dad is black. So it is safe to say my baby is a mutt and she, just like her mommy and daddy, is going to be proud of her many heritages

The poem above is dedicated to little I lost on July 14, 2009 due to a miscarriage, though I never got a chance to meet him or her, I feel like I knew them for a life time, Together, my husband and I are going to find a name suitable for either male or female and as my husband wishes it reflect both of our cultures.

The name we have chosen is

Akahi Kelani (ah KAH hee) (ke LA nee)

Akahi means for the first time and never before and Kelani means the Heavens. For the time I was in pain, although of physical pain, it was moreso emotional. How could God give me a gift and then take it away. Nefore before have I felt so much hurt and so mch pain at that time. Even the hurt I am going through right now, doenst amount to what I was felt at that time. Even though I wasnt elated about carrying another child, I wasnt expecting for it to be taken away from me in such nature. The middle name Kelani means the Heavens and simply because that is were our angel is resting eternally.

HI LADIES,
I'VE BEEN HAVING CONTRACTIONS ALL DAY.. I JUST CAME HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL CUZ THEY WERE 5 MINUTES APART,, AND GOT SENT HOME OF COURSE, HAS THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE, I AM ONLY 33 WEEKS SO I KNOW I AM NOT READY BUT AREN'T THEY SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME SOMTHING FOR THE PAIN OR MAKE THE CONTRACTIONS STOP. THEY ARE REALLY STARTING TO GET PAINFUL. AND I AM REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE,, THEY ARE STILL 5 MINUTES APART.. I AM NOT DILATING EITHER.. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO.. HELPPPPPP.

Well Alyssa is here sorry i have not been on i just got out of the hospital yesterday. I posted her birth story if you want to read it go ahead. She is a really good baby. She sleeps so good. Last night she slept in my bed and she slept from 11:30 to 6:00 this morning. I am really loving being a mommy of a newborn and 2 toddlers it is the best feeling in the world. It is so much work but it is all so worth it. I think my kids love her. xoxo robyn
