My name is Kaashifah Du Toit 27 yrs old and i'm 14 weeks pregnant. i am married to Rashaad for 7 months and we've known one another since high school but only became an item way after school. I went for my 2nd scan last Monday and dr did the down syndrome test and to check for any deformaties. i got the results back today and EVERYTHING IS OK!!! : I am so happy i can't wait for my next visit for dr to check if its a BOY or GIRL......

I haven't updated my page in a while. Yesterday we went for a gynae app and we were hoping the dr was going to tell us the sex of the baby, but baby had his/her own way and dr couldn't tell 100% what it is.........so hopefully when we go again for the next visit then we'll know.

So i finally found out on Monday the sex of the baby, although it was a battle for dr to find out. baby didn't want us really to know then on the last we got a little view of the sex. i'm going again on the 8th for another scan for dr to check if the anatomy of baby is ok.

its been confirmed again that its a girl. But yet i'm so sceptical on buying pink. Baby is doing so well, i'm exactly 26wks and she is weighing in at 880g. i just cant wait to hold her in my arms. last weekend, my hubby and i went baby shopping and i ended up buying the travel system and lots more.
