First time Mommy and can't wait... my boyfriend Kyle and I take it a day at a time with new changes but couldn't be happier. He's an amazing guy!

I graduate college in May with a degree in Child Psychology and a minor in Family Social Science and will have the baby in July-- big exciting changes in my future :-)

I'm wondering if anyone has heard of anyone going in for a level 2 ultrasound after getting results back from the first.... we got a phone call saying that baby showed something in her heart that could be linked to Down Syndrome and until 3.11.08 (next ultrasound) we just worry... We are really scared and unsure of what to think so I'm looking for any advice or help with this.

Everything at our ultrasound went great-- we thank God for that. Our baby girl is two days ahead of schedule and the doc said that everything looks fantastic with her measurements. She is definitely kicking a lot these days and we could actually see her kick on the ultrasound which was kind of neat.

I just wanted to mention that if baby stays two days ahead of schedule... she'll be born on mine and my mom's birthday July 11th... how strange would that be to have three generations of girls on the same day??

I am starting to get nervous about labor and getting everything settled now that we are 26 weeks along... I know it will all be okay, but how does one prepare for this??

We are finally getting ready to move to our new house and getting our little one's room all ready. I just graduated from college and got a new job so things are definitely under way! We cannot believe that she'll be here in only 8 more weeks... its coming so fast!!

Last week we went to the doctor and were 2 cm dialated and 60% effaced... we have another appointment tomorrow and hopefully we have made some more progress since last time! I am definitely ready to have her now and her Daddy cannot wait to see her for the first time :-) Let's all keep our fingers crossed I can be done with this pregnancy bit soon!
