Zoe had her wretched shots. *sigh* An oral vaccination, and 2 in each thigh. Our poor baby!
She was 13 lbs, 5 oz, and 25 inches long. She's right at the top of the 100% for her age.

Zoe FINALLY rolled all the way over on her own today! Its about time. Zoe is a diva and hates to be on her stomach. She's also discovered a new sound; the best way to explain it is her doing a huge gasp. Its cute when she does it at home, but its not cute in public when it sounds like she's having a freaking asthma attack! She cracks up when she does it, so if she likes it, I love it...

9-28-08
At 4 months of age, Zoe doesn't sleep through the night yet. Like clockwork, she wakes up at 1 am, 3 am, and 6 am, then for good around 7:30 am, JUST to eat. I've tried pumping 4 oz bottles, 6 oz bottles, and even 8 oz bottles to give her before she goes to bed. No matter how much she drinks, she'll still wake up hungry. I can't take it anymore! I read about the mothers who have babies that sleep for 12 hours at night, and I want to be apart of that club! So today, we finally got some Rice Cereal to mix with the milk. We didn't really know how she'd react to it, so to be on the safe side, I pumped a 4 oz bottle, and put a Tablesoon and a half of cereal in it. I hope this works!! *crossing fingers*

The rice cereal didn't work, and Zoe has a cold, thanks to Kam. Lord, give me the strength! My baby can barely breathe out of her nose, and she gets so frustrated when she tries to nurse. She'll be fine during the day, but the real problem occurs when she tries to sleep. I can literally hear the congestion in the back of her nose, and I feel so bad for her! The humidifier doesn't seem to be helping anything. I've been sucking her nose with the bulb, and that doesn't seem to help either. I'm going to try some saline drops in a couple of minutes, hopefully that'll do something. I feel like my breastmilk is no good, since I was under the belief that breastfeed babies rarely get sick. If only she could spit a loogie! I know how nasty it is to spit, but...*sigh*

Dammmmmmmit! My period is here. Its been over a year since I've been down the red river. I must say my period was NOT missed! I need to get some bc, asap! However, the whole idea of breastfeeding and using birth control concerns me...like I have fears; will it make Zoe infertile? I'm already taking thyroid medicine. I'm not looking forward to taking yet another medication that could make its appearance in my breastmilk. There's always condoms...*sucking teeth* Who am I kidding? Asking Kam to wear a condom would be like asking him to put on a pair of stilettos. Men can be so d*mn selfish! We could always go back to using the timing method which surprisingly worked for us, until we slipped up one day which produced Zoe. *insert oxymoron joke here* What if we have another slip up?! I at least wanted to make sure Zoe was potty trained before I became pregnant again...maybe I'm thinking/looking too much into it. But I'm paranoid!!

I haven't been on this site in ages and it's so different, it's probably better, just take some getting use to. I am due in 4 more days so i'm just hanging in there. Hope baby is well and your getting enough sleep.

Lol... I'm glad lil Zoe is doing good.. thanks for the comment about Jaiyda.. yeah girl she is crazy sometimes.. lol.. we took her to church with us last sunday.. girl I was praying that she would not loose control and start to cry.. and thank God she did not.. She started to a little bit but the most part she was quiet.. I had to feed her in church though but she was good.. Cause girl when she screams whew.. the whole church would have looked at us crazy.. But I would have just taken her out of the church if she started to get out of control! they have a place where the babys can go to be taken care of while the parents are in church.. but girl I don't take her in there yet because they would not no how to handle her loud screams.. lol.. so I will wait untill she is a little bit older..Yeah she has a doctors appt on the 19th she will be 2 months old.. girl time is flying by.. I can't wait untill she is 3 months old because then she will be able to get her ears pierced.. and her pediatrician does that.. I was like what I didn't know that some babys doctors offices can pierce babys ears.. thats good though.. At least I'll know it will be safe and sterille.. lol.. but girl its costs $30.. I was like that is a little high for some ears to get pierced..but I guess.. yeah I'm going to put more pics of her up.. but girl I have to fight with her to get her to take a pic.. she is always so fussy... I see other little babies on here with cute little pics.. they look all happy and are smiling.. but not my baby.. girl everytime I flash the camera she is looking crazy and crying.. I was suprised I got those pics that I have up to look decent.. but I'll try girl.. lol.. But I feel ya on ya appetite leaving you.. I am the same way now.. I can hardly eat.. I am always constantly doing stuff for her and my stepson I sometimes forget to eat.. lol.. I have to like grab a quick bite to eat.. she is always crying so its hard for me girl.. the only time I can really eat is when my husband is here taking care of her or if she is sleep.. whew babies are no joke.. girl I don't want to have no more kids.. I am so serious.. she is all I need.. lol.. so by the time she gets 18 I can chill.. lol.. but neways girl.. I have to feed her.. write back when you can.. bye..

It been going almost perfect so far LOL. The only real complaint I have is how bad carpal tunnel has taken over my hands and wrists recently. Yeah I came across your page and your entries had me cracking up laughing and nodding as I remembered the experiences I went through too in this pregnancy or in general. :-) At least your hubby is patient, i feel like I want to ram my hubby's head into a toilet if he shows any hint of insensitivity. Yeah hormones have left me walking around like a raging bull LOL.

Um ya those pills were definitely stronger than I could have ever imagined. At least my husband got a good laugh. No Marley yet but I am remembering my friend Kaprice's journey.......and you waited and waited and it was all way worth it in the end =) So as they say patience is a virtue.....I must be one unvirtuous b*%#! then.
