aaawww she was crackin' up that day girl - LOL! Don't feel bad about the cradle cap girl - Kam has it too. Now, I just massage baby oil into her scalp, let it sit for about 10 minutes, use a comb and brush to pull it up from her scalp (almost like you would have your man scratch the dandruff out of your scalp - but very solf and not that rough of course) and then wash it and it goes away for a couple of days. Frequent washing with a solf baby shampoo helps to control it. I wash Kamryn's hair every other day when I give her a bath. Girl, it was all on her forehead at one point and I just used her baby brush and pretty much wisked it away from her forehead but its really hard to keep it out of her scalp girl. After a couple of months go by, it'll all vanish girl so just be strong!

Lol!! She does look like she has on eyeshdow!!! I just noticed that.. lol. she is 2 months old now.. girl she had her 2 month old shots today.. She got 3 shots at one time! Girl I almost cried.. I had to hold her little flailing arms.. and she was looking up at me like help me momma their hurting me! I was seriously about to cry girl.. I hate for my baby to get her shots.. Has Zoe gotton her shots yet? How is she doing? Girl she is so cute!!

Well I'm @ 3 cms now. It happened so suddenly...bc @ my 36 wk check up I was only 1, then I went to the hospital 3 days later & I was @ 2 1/2, so @ my 37 wk check up I just KNEW I'd be @ 4...NOT. Lol..He was like "ur ALMOST @ 3, but I don't wanna say ur there, ur so close, but I just couldn't get my finger there, so im sure u'll be there by tomorrow bc I opened u up!"...WTF?! I think my dr suggested the sweep because her head is so so SO low...but Im guessing my mini me is just going to come when she dang well pleases. My bf doesn't live up here, so he'll be here next Friday & since his "paternity leave" is so limited, he wants to spend as much time with her as possible which is one of the reasons I considered giving her that extra "umph" that she needs to come out, but at the same time I'm like "Negro please...u NOT missin this birth"...Lol & I kinda think thats what she's waiting on...her daddy. My mom said I was the same way...lol so it might be genetics, just as long as we don't go past the 4th...I CAN'T DO IT!!!! I think she wants to come bad though...every check up my dr is like "OMG her head is SO low...y wont she come?!?" Her head is so effin low that he actually has to go BEHIND it when he's checkin to see how many cm Im at...as soon as his fingers go in he's like "There's her head" lol... My mom's bday is Fri, so maybe I can give her a granddaughter & she'll foreget about me actually buying a card & a gift LOL.

Girl you are going to go INSANE if you wait for Zoe to turn 6 weeks before you venture out. Go out for a walk or something...put her in her travel system and keep it moving just be on the lookout for little old ladies who LOVE to touch (I told my husband to get the bail money ready because the next one to try to touch her was getting knocked out ) Start practcing now with short ventures...you'll be amazed at just how much extra time it is getting such a little person ready to goet out of the door. Also...you may find (like I did) that YOU are not as ready as you think you are to be out. Whatever you do DO NOT go out alone the first few times...postpartum recovery is a mother.

Amira is GREAT Gorwing so fast...doing so many things. My newborn has morphed into a big girl. She wants to sit up and look at the world...she babbles allday long AND it's amazing but at 3 months old she let's you know when she is NOT happy with something. Watching the transformation thus far has been awesome!!!

I take her to have her pics taken every month (I said every month until she turns a year so I can see the progression) She took her first set when she turned a month old. Don't worry Zoe should stop peeling soon. And her color will come in...Amira looked chinese when she was born but now my little girl is caramel brown...LOVING IT!!!

Omg...this may sound stalkerish (if thats a word), but I came across ur page & started reading because I saw ur blog about membrane sweeps...I'm actually 37 1/2 wks now, but my dr says that he'll give me one @ 38 wks.... I read up on it & everytime I got my hopes up about the thought of seeing my daughter sometime next wk, they go right back down bc of that little devil on my shoulder saying "It could work.....but then again it may not"....needless to say ur blog has been such a motivation to me, & the detail of it was great...lol I was scared for a second until u said as soon as it happened it was over (THANK GOD) that kinda gave me a comfort..... so even though we dunno each other....u have just motivated me in ways that I can't even express LOL & once again my hopes for this sweep to actually work are sky high... Thank you soooooooo much!!!

awww im scared now. cuz they gave her shots at the hospital but they took her away to do it. i dont want to see my baby in pain lol. i already tear up when she shivers in the doctor office b/c they make her strip down. But thats alright Kendal pays them back and pees on their weigh machine...shes 2 for 2 now LMAO! Her appointment went well. She has a tiny rash above her eye but he said they come and go. And she weighs 7pounds 6 ounces which is GREAT cuz she was 6pounds at birth and you know she wasnt suppose to be born until this sunday coming up lol!
