Thursday, 15 May A chocolate bar only has between 5 and 10 mg's (I think its mg's) of caffine and our limit is somewhere around 300! You're fine! A small cup of coffee has close to 200 mg's so as long as you watch the coffee and tea you should be fine. sasha22 -

Thursday, 1 May I can't eat chips normally at all as it plays hell with my stomach and I am loving chips so much right now I am eating them like they are going out of fashion and please bring back the big and tasty from McDonalds I so want one now, I am not bothered about chocolate but anything else that is deep fried and smothered in sauce lol.
