Thanks for checking out my page. I am a very excited expecting mom. My fiance and I are both thrilled to have this amazing adventure a head of us and we both can't wait to meet our little one. I will try and keep you all updated with how things are going.

Today was my first Doctors Appointment and it went very well. They took tons of blood and last time they took blood, I felt very ligh headed so I was very nervous, but everything went great. My due date is Oct. 24th.2008 :D. I love having a midwife, so I also contacted them today and have my first appointment with them in 3 weeks. I am leaving for Florida on Saturday, so it will be babies first trip.
Hope everything is still doing well.

Today I am 6 weeks pregnant, and so far I haven't had any symptoms of morning sickness which is fantastic. But I am still waiting for it haha. This past week I had a little scare. I was in Florida, and I started to Spot. It was brown blood and I was told that it was just old blood getting out of my system. So Im happy to say that everything is O.K :)

I am 8 weeks today, and so happy. I just started m/s and its very though. Its not so much in the moring, but all thoughout the afternoon. Im still waiting to hear from my midwive about having my first scan. Im very excited to hear from them and waiting patiently to hear our babies heart beat. :)

Today I am 13 weeks and 3 days :) So far for me, time is going so quickly. Everytime I come to the end of a week, I gain a week in babies development. I'm enjoying that so much. I have only had a couple episodes of actual morning sickness, other than that, a lot of nausea. But lately I have been feeling great. I have gained most of my energy back which feels amazing. I go for my next appointment on May 6th where I will get to hear the babies heart beat. Im so excited. My last appointment I was 12 weeks and she didn't want to try and look for it, just incase she couldn't find it. She just didn't want me to stress out that we didn't hear anything. So on May 6th, I will be around 16 weeks :D I can't wait!!!!

June 23, 2008 So it's been awhile since I wrote an update. I am now 22 weeks and in May we found out that we are expecting a little GIRL!! I, along with my fiance were convinced we were expecting a little boy, but I am so blessed to be having a little girl. We have chose the name Brylee <3. Overal this pregnancy has been awesome. Just recently Brylee started to move like crazy and frequently. It's not just kicks anymore shes actually moving around in there, doing twists and turns and I can feel every bit of it. I am getting very anxious about the birth and seeing our little girl. We are slowly starting to prepare her room :)

August 3, 2008 Today I am 28 weeks and 2 days. I recently had a midwife appointment and the baby is measuring perfectly and the heartbeat was 130btm. My midwfife also gave me a pre-registration form for the hospital. I was shocked!!!! She looked at me and said "Your baby will be here soon you know"...haha. It all just hit me very hard. After my next midwife appointment I see her every 2 weeks and then our little girl will be here :) Yesterday, all the ladies I work with had a diaper/baby shower for me and I ended with getting so much amazing stuff, including 17 packs of diapers!!!!!! It was crazy. I have another baby shower in 2 weeks with all my close girlfriends and then another one 2 weeks after that with family. I can't wait!!! This week the nursery furniture will be in so we will be able to set everything up and finally get things going.
