Thursday, 3 July I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago with kidney stones! It was HORRIBLE! The nurses all told me it was worse than labor! I was sore and sluggish for about a week afterwards but am happy to report I am back to normal now! Good luck with the recovery and the rest of your pregnancy

Tuesday, 1 July I noticed you are a nurse, me too....do you work now? I stopped working about 3 years ago. There are parts I really miss about nursing, and parts I don't care for at all :) I thought about going back, but now with a baby on the way....maybe not? JsMomAndOneMoreComing -
Monday, 30 June I heard like 2 months before delivery for a shower. I wanted to have mine a little earlier than that b/c of how fat I will be in the pics, but, mom says its bad luck to do it earlier. I think people get joy from seeing us FAT and UNCOMFORTABLE :D stacy5175 -
Monday, 30 June For showers, usually 2 months before due date...you don't want to wait toooo late...like a month before...tooo big and then you have to wait til the last month to see what items you still need. Hope this helps :) catherynh -
Monday, 30 June About the baby shower- not a weird question at all!! I had mine at about 31 weeks. Alot of girls I talk to that are due around the same time had their baby shower around then. I think it was a good time because I still had energy... if I could have had it earlier I might have because I am so impatient. But really I think between 30-35 is a great time.
Congrats on your pregnancy and good luck with everything!! judyH -

Monday, 2 June I had that too with my first baby, (feeling faint after standing too long) being a nurse in surgery...on my feet standing for hours...you need to move around don't stand still for too long, and try to take breaks to sit. Even happened a month ago while I was cooking! Good luck! Mrs.M.H. -
Monday, 2 June I read your comment and I was just worried about ya! It sounds like you have either low blood pressure that you might help by eating something a bit salty or you need to drink more water! You might just be over tired but food and drink is very important for a mom. If non of this helps see your doc. but hopefully this will help you a bit my girl friend is almost 8 months now and me 5, and she has been dealing with low blood pressure and needed to make a point of eating some potato chips once in a while! Hee Hee not like she is complaining! Hugs and take care, let me know what happens!

Monday, 2 June its due to the amount of blood in your lower area.
dont lock your knees and sit down more then you usually do.
best of luck tracie85 -
Monday, 2 June hi, i experienced this in my 1st pregnancy. i had to stand at work all day and would suddenly come over very hot, dizzy, felt like i was going to be sick and have the blackness. I dont know what caused it, but just wanted to let you know your not the only 1 its happened to. SpiritMama -
Tuesday, 6 May Sometimes a magnesium shortage can case rapid heart beating. You may want to take an extra supplement if it keeps happening. cookiejar -
Tuesday, 6 May I felt my heart beating a lot and I gets so hard than I can hear it! (specially after walking upstairs). Love78 -
Tuesday, 6 May My heart will pound pretty hard too. It is usually after I eat or when I'm in bed though. The first time I saw it happen I put a glass of water on top of my chest and it was moving as my heart pounded. It was pretty crazy.
