Alfie Harrison Fidler has finally arrived :)

hi all well he finally decied to make his aperance on the 4th May he was born at 12.35pm 7lbs and 53 cms long and i have a great labour too heres my story, i woke up on friday morning at 4am with really bad contractions they came fast so i got in the bath to try and ease the pain it didnt work so i took some pain killers and try to get back in bed, i finally went to hosp at 6.am i was only 3 cm i was in so much pain i had some pethadine and it made me a little sleepy, i got checked again about 8.30 and i was already 6 cm but my contractions were coming really fast and strong so i ended up having a epidural (cant spell) it was amazing all the pain went away and i just breezed through it from there after they had hooked me up on my epidural it was nearly half nine and i got check again and i was 9 cm it happen so fast. another hour and i was fully dilated and ready to push, s so i started pushing and his heart rate kept dipping and taking ages to come back to normal so i had some oxygen and rested for a bit and strting pushing again at about 11.30am and out he popped :) it was the most amzing experiance i have ever been thoroughi had no stitches i think i had a great labourand he is amazing, i will post my pics soon you can see him he is beautiful and i wish you all the best xxxx

hi ladies i am in my last stretch now only 10weeks to go!!! its gone so fast but i guess it will strta to go slow now i only have a small bump too but i guess that still has time to grow :) up to know its all gone ok had a few downs but fingers crossed everything stays good, i am at the midwife on friday looking forward to that, also he has started to kick me hard in the ribs but not conplaing as movenment is good lol!! starting to get a bit tired again now but leave work on the 16th march so thta good. well i hope everyone is good and pregnacy is going well :) xx

Hi Ladies

well iam 33 weeks tomorrow i have left work already i started getting too tried so needed a rest. my bump has changed shape since the last picture i put on it seemed to have dropped alot! everyonr keeps saying oohhh he has dropped dont know if its good that he has i still have 7 weeks left. i hope everyone is doing well i will keep u all updated :) x

March 13th

Hi Ladies i am 33 Weeks 4 days today i have been thinking alot about names i have had in my head since i found out i am having a boy he was going to be called Alfie but now its gettiing closer i have a few more i like, i like also Harrison, Noah, Freddy would be great to hear your views. hope everyone is well xxx

March 23rd

well i was in hospital yesterday as when i got measured i was measuring small for being 35 weeks i was so scared i cryed my eyes out:( they sent me or a scan and everythin tuned out to be great he is right on schedule CANT SPELL sorry girls! i think the midwife measured me wrong i went again today and seen a different midwife for a check up and he measured normal so i think the first on got it wrong!!!! :( but i got another scan and it was brill to see my liccle monkey again :) he was sucking his thumb awww bless him he weighs 2.2 kg does anyone know how much in pounds that is??:)

i am back at the hospital on monday just for another check up so i will keep you informed. hope everyone is well xxx

March 26th

Hi all well heres an update been back to the hospital today for my check up and they put me on a monitor to listen to his heartbeat it was great :) she also measured my tummy and is now measuring 34 cm not 29cm like the last midwife said think she got it wrong, but he was in his head down position last week and this week he has turned again and is now obbique breech but dosent worry to much as he has time to turn yet. they booked me in next tuesday 3rd so be seen again to see if he has turned as then i will be nearly 37 weeks. it also showed on the monitor i was having slight contractions but not to worry as i didnt even know so probley just B/H. hope everyone is well xx

Hospital update April 3rd

well he has turn again so he is head down now but not low down. i am really scared now i was kinda thinking i might have to have a c section i he was still breech i didnt want one but i had it in my head. i am not back there till 38 weeks feels like ages away. i hope everyone is good and well :) x

well heres the lastest i have been to hospital this moring for a membrane stripe sorry about the spelling! the midwife says i am 2 cms dilated and she said my cervix is flat and effective and she said it will be no longer than 48 hours before i will go in to labour i am having slight cramping but not that painful yet hopefully they will get worse i would be soooo happy if it starts tonight but suppose he will come when he is ready, she also said she could feel the head so i guess that means he is low down :) its just the waiting game now feels like i have been pregnant for 10 years!!! lol. anyway i will keep you all updated. hope everyone is well :) bye for now ladies xxx

Update 40 weeks +6 days 3rd may

Still no baby yet i had some cramping after the sweep and it stopped then 5 am this morning i woke up with really bad back ach and period pain so i took some pain killer and went back to sleep and woke up a few hours later and nothin all the pain is gone i dont know wats going on it keeps stopping is anyone else in the same boat?? i am bcak at the hospital tomorrow for a scan they willl cheack the baby fluid levels if they are low they will induce tomorrow but if not they will wait to monday but i really dont want to wait any longer i was hoping to fit back in my skinny jeans by know haha.

well i will keep u all updated girls keep checking and this baby boy will stop being lazy and come and see us :) xxx

wow Some progress 3rd May afternoon

well since this morning i have had a little progress i went to asda this morning for my useal thursday morning breakfast with my grandma and cusion and my 11 month nephew i went to the loo and found my mucus plug had come out yuk!! its not much progress but it better than nothin lol!! so one more step closer i will keep u all posted :) xx
