25 weeks 3 days, the days seem to be moving by slowly. My belly seems huge one day and smaller the next. I have all these "problems" I am trying to deal with, as far as pregnancy is concerned. I feel extremely tired a lot of the time, I have varicose veins in various parts of my body, my boobs are huge and hurt, and always feel like I'm on an emotional roller coaster. At first this pregnancy was fine, I didn't have many worries, but now it's starting to hit me. I will have 2 children, 2 girls, to take care of emotionally and financially. It's scary to think I am a "late bloomer" and I don't have the education to back me up at this point in my life. I have the brain, just not the means.

Yay! 24 weeks along. My belly is moving all around lately. Just in the last few days I can see my belly move from the outside which is really exciting for my husband! I have been thinking a lot lately about this pregnancy and how it compares to the my first one, you know this one is definatly harder on my body. I am 4 years older than I was with my first. However, it has been seriously easier for me on my brain. With my first pregnancy, I was just like most first time moms. I worried a lot, especially about the unexpected's. I did read a lot of pregnancy books and things like that, but nothing seems to prepare you more for pregnancy than having already been through it. Even though this one is so different than my first pregnancy, the constants stayed the same, starting to show at a certain week, fetal movement, the whole experience so far. Being pregnant this time seems so much harder also because I just moved away from all my friend's and family. I loved my job, I loved my home (Portland, Oregon), everything seemed to fit in it's place except for one thing. . . Then I met my husband. He is in the Infantry Sniper Section in the Army stationed here at Fort Lewis, Washington. His brother is also Infantry and stationed here as well, so that is exciting. We met at my work 4 weeks before he was set to go overseas. So fast forward to today and I am dealing with the fact that I have to start from scratch, and it can be very lonely sometimes, but well worth it. Thank you for reading and letting me ramble, I must be having a moment...

So my ultrasound was yesterday. The tech was super nice, and we are indeed having a girl. At first we weren't sure because the first ultrasound was a surprise and the girly parts only showed for a second. My husband and I were both there, he had never seen an ultrasound being done before so of course that was new and exciting for him. So our little munchkin is 16 oz and squirmy, I love it!

21 weeks 4 days today...I have gained 14 pounds already. I stopped working a couple months ago and the pounds are just a coming lol! I am not worried, I lose weight easily. The boobs are out growing my 34D bra and for being a small girl, that is huge. My husband graduates Sniper School today woo hoo! All is well and rounding, let's hope my belly doesn't outgrow my Palmer's Cocoa Butter haha
