It's a boy!!

Hi everyone!! This is my first pregnancy and we are so excited!! We just got married December 1st and we knew what we wanted! ...and lucky us it worked on the first try! Best wishes to all!!

March 18th

The doctor's appointment was quite an experience!! They found the heartbeat almost immediately and everything looks good! The baby measures closer to 9 weeks rather than 10.5 like I had calculated - but all is well. Thanks to the birthcontrol wacking me off a 'normal' schedule. I'm going to try and get my little bub's picture on here. I will miss all of my 10 week friends! If you guys can give me a heads up on things I would appreciate it! =) Good luck to all!

Ok everyone - I am looking for some help... I think my due date is wrong! I can't calculate it out to what the doctor said! My last period started Jan. 2nd - and they are telling me I'm due Oct. 20th! Can anyone figure this out? I'm thinking the 13 or 14th at the latest! It's driving me nuts! Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

April 21

Even though it has been awhile, nothing really has changed! I still don't look pregnant, still don't feel pregnant. We went to the doctor April 15th and all is well. We heard a heartbeat of 140 (so we are thinking a boy) which is fine by me and of course my hubby! We find out on May 15th only three or so more weeks of guessing!! Hopefully I'll have more interesting details nextime!

Hey. I went to the er wednesday around 2am and was rushed out of town to the hospital. I was having spasms of my uterus. They were irregular contractions and not fun at all. I dilated 1cen and thinned 75%. Thankfully they stopped me from having her just yet. Found out I had too much fluid, they drained about a bottle and a half from me. I also found out there is a lot going on with her. She has fluid in the scalp and lungs as well as blockage in her bowel. They want me to go to my sono tech once a week from now on, but I had so much problems with them that I really do not want to see them that often. I'm going to talk to my regular doctor Monday to see what we can do.

It's good that everything is going good for you.

Some of my pics are one, have choosen couple as lots to pic from. Got photos and dvd of stills and a movie of whole scan! amazing.
No we didnt want to know sex still, we really wanna surprise. Lil legs are measuring 2wks ahead of time, looks like phils long (6ft) legs are inherited !! glad of that !! I am only 5ft 1" ahahLOL.

Sounds like you have a busy weekend. We have been for lunch and couple shops, now home and waiting for sister to pop in. Gonna have movie and pizza later. I think i have lil cold or something hanging about, have sore throat and seem to be coughing silly. Started my vit C hoping to knock it on head.

Wow, 28th week?? thats crazy... well Isa weight already 2 lbs at 25 weeks, and she keeps growing... my belly feels sooo heavy!!!... and she has her days, some days I hardly feel her but others she wont stop moving, the best part is when my husband is talking to her and he has his face in the belly and she kicks him, its hillarious.... she will definitely be a daddy's girl.
the two jobs are doing fine, by mid august I will quit the bookstore since I want to start taking it easy, plus I am taking pre-calculus and that will give me more time to study. And I know what you mean with lots of energy, there are days that I wont stop doing things, my husband say that I am like a machine that cant be turn off, hahaha... I love it though the busier the better...
I have everything for the nursery but we cant put the crib together since is the same room that my parents are going to stay in, once she is born she will sleep in a basinet in my room, and after the trip back home in december the hubby will put the crib together, but everything is ready, today tomorrow I get to buy the last things, the stroller and the car seat (since it has to be online)...
Dont you feel so great having your little one inside that you already feel that you are going to miss him being inside once he is born???

GUESS WHAT !!!! SO EXCITED, I have today persuaded phil to agree to me having a 3d/4d ultrasound scan. Its done privatley and you get a 45 min dvd of baby and 4 picures of our choice, fab eh!! when i called them they have slot tomorro(saturday) so snapped it up! its cosing us �185.00 (english pounds) soooo excited!!!
I will load up pics when i can over weekend hun.

Look after ur self with regards to ur work hun, dont over do it.

Loving ur furniture Kristin, very sophisticated!! when will it arrive? do u haveto wait long?

I have told work i will not be in from 22sept, thou i do have 2 wks off from 11th aug and then when i go back after 2wks off i have taken mondays and fridays off as leave so will do 3 days a week. But if i feel i wanna go before 22seot i will take more leave.
We are planning on getting totally sorted for baby in 2wks off, also maybe a couple if day trips and nice lunches etc. Phil has 5 wks off as its his summer break from teaching, how lucky is he!! Phils mum and dad live in North Yorkshire, on a good run its 5 hrs drive on bad run we have done it in 7 !

so glad weekend is here, plan on chilling. I think i have lil bug handing about as throat sore and coughing little, will see how develops, hopefully not thou.

What plans have u for this weekend?
I am cooking a fab roast on sunday, bought a joint of pork and gonna do pigs in blankets(small sausages wrapped in bacon) my fav, only normally have them at xmas, but fancied them !!

Yes deff went walking I go for 1/2 hour today I even got a sun tan! I still get around fine doing everything how I did before I was fat Lol Im all belly if you looked at mew from behind you would never know I was prego! That was my last visit with El-Azheem since Im having him soon and hes perfect! Wow thats really good your cervix got longer, are you on bedrest? I never felt contractions or b/h yet. They show up on the non stress test but I dont feel them. I didnt sign up for birthing classes for some reason I think everythings going to go really good. My luck it will be the total opposite and Im trying to go w/o med but if I cant then I wont hesitate to ask for the epidural but nothing that makes me high. Yeah PUPPS is a skin irritant to the babies DNA and it doesnt go away until he is born. Its all over my legs just like hives and itches like crazyy! No other symptoms but boy scratching for 2 weeks will really make you nuts and no med works=( Yeah I have my bag packed and his-- for me I packed 2 tank top and capri outfits a new pack of panties socks deodartant bras makeup brush toothbrush/paste straightner! And for him I packed two outfits 2 blankets 2 hats 2 onesies hand mittens 2 binks you really dont need diapers or bottles b/c the hospital gives you them... I am going to St. Es I really didnt want to b/c I have heard and witness bad epidurals there but North Side doesnt have a NICU so just incase Im going to St. E's Where are you going?

fantastic, see you always knew they were wrong with ur dates and no one listened. So glad all is good.
I think you should do half days luv if your having them.
I think changing the start and finish times but doing almost same amount wont make any difference(only 1 hr diff), you need to look after yourself.

No baby=( Completley effaced but not dilated so he said prob the beginning of August but Im going to start walking today! New 4d he looks like his daddy, and weighs 5 10! Getting big he was so active today which is not normal now since he is so big! I love him but ready to see his stinky butt already!!

i do get scared, they are usually when i lay down and chill. Apparently quitennormal in pregnancy.
My b12 just affects me by being more tired that the average preg women.
My mum is fine and dad too thanks, i see mum lots, dad less as he works. But i pop to his shop now and then if i feel he may have forgotten what i look like LOL

Wow the concerts and camp sound fab, i bet u all have such a laugh. I cant imagine u going next yr, i agree it will be so difficult, maybe in couple yrs u be able to go again? what u think?

has ur mum taken pup to vets? what happened? hope all ok.

Phil and i have been ok yes, he is doing more for me, thou he did say he may pop home less than a mth b4 i an due to see his dad on his 60th,,,,, not impressed! anyway told him how i feel and have let him think about it!!! Its a 6hr drive and i do not want to go.
Lee refunded 80.00 of the 120 we paid him! something better than nothing eh! i have left it now as i dont need the stress at all. Phil occasionally talks to baby bump, he gets embarassed and says "what shall i say?" i just tell him to talk to me but put his head by bump LOL.

Hows movements with ur lil bump, mine are mega sometimes! i love it.whole belly moves, and i play with it too and seems to respond to me gently prodding where its moving, its fun.

Are u sleeping better in ur lovely new bed? How great getting it all sorted. bet u were excited when buying it all.
Hows ur feet and ankles, mine are swollen move eves now when i get in.

Girlll Im dying now I have PUPPPS! Which is like 100 hives everywhere well mostly on my legs and they are soo itchyyy! Nothing works I even went to the ER got a IV and nothing worked! I guess its a skin irritant to male DNA or something like that! I havent been doing good b/c I want him out and if I lay down he will never come.. I go to El-Azeem on Wen and he said he should be 5 1/2lbs so we shall see They do induce people with this rash but they were like 37 weeks so Im just hoping and praying Im atleast dialted! Maybe if I cry he will feel bad for me I mean I been going through this itchiness for over a week and I feel like skinning myself Lol! For the past 3 days I can feel his how leg I swear I could pinch the fat on it its crazy I never felt it before now it seems like it always poking me! Maybe its a sign keeping my fingers crossed! I will tty on Wed!! Good luck at your appt=)

I am ok ish.... tired lots. Been getting palpitations too which are scary, but asked question on here and lots have them and are normal apparently, so mind at rest on that one.
I have bloods next tues with my midwife, then b12 injection not long after.

Hows ur bump developing? i am huge ! well feel it. I have had to request they dont put me in a certain surgery as i get stuck in between chair and spitoon! lol Fattie me!

when do u think u will go parttime? i cant wait til 11th aug so i have 2wks off then when returen i go to 3 days a week using leave on mon and fri's yippppeeee.

I have had to fill in all maternity forms in work and am now leaving on 22sept, with the view that if i feel i wanna go b4 i can use my leave up more.

I'm doing alright. I have an u/s scheduled next week to check the baby's heart. It should deteremine if I'll have to delivery out of town or not. I'm hoping everything is fine with it. I can't seem to get comfortable anymore tho, so that's been driving me crazy. How have you been?

Hey girl!, I know its been a while but how is everyhitng??how is your little boy doing??, over here we are doing fine, I just keep getting bigger and my japanese doctor told me that I was geining too much weight, 22 lbs so far, plus the baby its already 2.3 lbs, she is a big one!!...

yes much better ta.Work is ok, my dentist i assist is retiring tomorro(sad) he is so lovely i will miss him, i worked with him for 4 yrs now.

I had MW check today, all ok. Measuring spot on.(thou pep keep telling me i am huge! buggers !! LOL )

I did spend sunday eve in labour ward, had awful pain and had it since the early hrs of sunday a.m, was worried so called for advise and they said to go up. They not too sure what it was but monitored me and baby for few hrs and all ok, my obs fine and wee and they also did a vaginal swab but they said not expecting anything to come back on it. They said could have been wind, ligamnents or baby or comibination of the lot. all ok since, thank goodness.

I am still awaiting my boost of enegry lol.
How exciting about ur shower, cant wait to hear what u get.

Baby is doing fine, we watch belly moving also, so fantastic. I have the swollen things happening, feet toes and ankles at times other than that all good. I see MW again in 2wks for bloods,(anemia and ges diabeties etc) I wont have another scan now unless anything bad happens(touch wood all be ok)
No i cant belive we in 3rd trimester v soon. I reach it on saturday this week, cool. It has gone so fast dont you think???

Its 21.25 here now and i am off to bed to lay down, back killing me.

Oh MW did tel me we should not be laying on back, but its fine to alternate from left to right.
