My Story...

Hello everyone! My name is Krystal. I am a 21 year old mother from Louisiana. My fiance Jeff and I have been together since January of 2004. We set a wedding date for March 21, 2009! We just had our first baby November 21, 2007, a baby girl named Brodi, she is our world! She wasn't planned at all but really is the best thing that has happened to us. We didn't think we would make it at first and it all came together after she got here. Like all relationships, we've had our ups and downs but we're still together and loving every minute with Brodi!

How did you tell your parents that you were pregnant: I told my mom "I am pregnant" with a big smile on my face and she thought I was joking until I started crying, then she knew I was serious. I was shockingly happy that I was pregnant, I was never upset about it.

In the first month after baby was home, what was the hardest thing: We had no help so we were on our own with a new baby. We weren't sure if we'd make it.

What's the best thing about being a mom: Honestly.....everything. Even when I have a bad day, I love being a mom!

How is dad with the baby: He is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! I have a feeling Brodi will be a daddy's girl because she has him WRAPPED around that little finger! :)
