Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Wednesday, 2 July hi! just saw your message and...this is what i hear but...go with your gut...true labor is VERY painful and you probably wont be able to walk or speak during contractions...false you can kinda walk them off... if your water breaks go to hospital...my thought is that it is probably more comfy to stay home as long as possible so as not to get stuck in the stinkin hospital for too long...I used to live in the bronx there on colgate ave about 2.5 years ago! it ust be nice and toasty there for you these days?! I wish you all the best hun! babycarp -
Thursday, 19 June Hey,
The GBS swab is a test they do to test for Group Beta Step. It's a bacterial infection that doesn't affect the mother but can cause a very serious infection in a new baby, if untreated the baby would die. The baby gets the infection as it passes through the birth canal. So no symptoms are seen until 1-2days of life. At which time is very difficult to treat, so you are tested around 35-37 weeks to see if you have it. If so then you will receive antibiotics at least 4 hours prior to delivery if not before. You should have had this test before, with your other pregnancies, its been around for awhile and is very routine. carolynjh -
Wednesday, 18 June The best thing is a fluffy pillow between your knees, a skinny pillow under your belly, and resting your back against something, like the back of the couch or your hubby :) Though, wear lite clothing and turn down the air because all the padding makes you hot!!! Maybe take a tylenol if you are already achy before bed, hope this helps :) LMAMAOF4 -

Saturday, 17 May well at this hour i would say drink lots of milk, unless you are somewhere where stores are open this late, Go buy some Zantac, it is completely safe to use durning pregnancy. My doctor recommonded it for me and I couldn't be more happy with the results, it will take about 15 mins to work but it is worth the wait. Hope it helps. :) Laura Ward -
