Hola Mommies to be,

First, I hope everyone is happy and healthy ;o)

We have been TTC for 2 years. On Nov. 10 I'll be 9 weeks pregnant! I still can't
believe it sometimes. We found out when I was 4 weeks pregnant. I had my first
pelvic exam, blood work, urine test and sono on Oct. 30th (everything was fine)
and my next appointment isn't until Jan. 29th!! Why so long? Did anyone else have
to wait 2 months in between appt's? I wanna see the heart beat again.
Any suggestion on how to get another sono. sooner? I just hope that everything is ok! My sickness has gone...once in a while I get a little nausea, but not that often. My boobs don't hurt any more either. Has anybody else felt this way? I have cramps
once in a while, nothing big. I may be just a little worried that something may be wrong.

I have a cute little belly and I love it! We are so blessed!

Please feel free to leave me any advise.
Blessings, Lica & Baby

Nov. 13th
What a nightmare! While I was grocery shopping I felt vaginal wetness. Thought that maybe it was just discharge. BUT when I got to the car I look "down there" and I saw bright red blood on my sweats.....not just a little! It was running down my leg! Scared the *%$@ out of me. I called my husband, I couldn't find my voice to tell him that I was bleeding. I just cried and told him to get home. When I got home and I took off my sweats, ran around looking for a pad, put my sweats in cold water, called my mom and just cried. I had her meet us at Stanford ER. Finally I was seen. My cervix is closed and we saw the heart beat. Of course they couldn't tell me where the blood was coming from. They told me that maybe I was having a "threaten m/c" and only time can tell. Thanks Doc's!!! And after blood work and 3 hours I was discharged. I got home at 9pm and cried some more. I was scared to go to the bathroom...thinking the worse would come out. We tried hard to have a baby, after 2 years of trying I finally got pregnant though IVF. I cannot m/c this baby. I'm scared to move and I know if it's gonna happen then there must be a reason....right?
Prayers to all

Nov. 14th
Hi Mama's to be ;o)
I'm feeling better. I haven't seen anymore blood..Thank God. So, I called my fertility Dr and explained what happened yesterday, just wanting all the advise I can get. My regular Dr has made me an appt. on Monday, which of course I didn't want to wait that long. Anyways...my fertility Dr gave me a vaginal u/s. The heart rate was between 150 and 160 and the baby was the perfect size. No sigh of a m/c was in sight. What caused the bleeding was a subchorionic hematoma, a blood vessel that breaks. According to him this can be normal in early pregnancies. Does not affect the uterus. The bleeding should stop in 2-3 days and I'm told to get rest. I can breath....I cried tears of joy. Ladies, if you have any bleeding without cramping please don't panic, but definitely see a Dr.
I hope nobody else has to go through this. Prayers to all of us mommies.

This is me and my first baby, Jason!

Dec. 28
We just heard the little heartbeat! It was beating so fast....such a strong heart.
I can't wait to find out if we're having a girl or a boy. I'm so in love with this baby.
I hope everyone else gets to hear the heartbeat soon. It's a wonderful sound.

Jan. 28

We're having a precious boy!

Babies - Friday, 6 June
Licah, So I went to my docyor yesterday I am 36 weeks and 3 days along. YEA! I was disapointed though because I have not seen my doctor sense May 21st, so I thought that yesterday when I was there she would tell me if I droped or if i dialated or defaced something in sted she just did the strep test and told me she did not have time to check anything else till next week so I was bummin!! but she wanted to know if I would wan't to be induced on June 18th I told her I don't think so, so she schudled it any way so if I change my mind I can and if not then I can cancel it. But I think I will have my baby by the 14th any way because one I have had allot of contractions going on, and my son was due May 28th he came on May 14th my daughter was due on November 27th she came on November 13th, and this one is due June 28th so I think she will be born by June 14th... I hope!!!

Linnea - Wednesday, 4 June
Hi Licah ~ You might be having BH without realizing it. This is my first baby and I haven't felt them at all, but when I was at the doctor's she was feeling my belly and said, "I can feel your uterus contracting." How funny that I was oblivious! But it's cool that our bodies just know what to do...

YES!!about the nerve pain I actually had to go to physical therapy for several weeks.Mine was so bad it affected every day things like putting on my shoes and driving. However it eventually went away on its own.The only thing they recommend is certain excercises and stretches.I also sat on a heating pad for awhile but not to long.As the baby moves it will go away but it is very very painful so i feel for you.

I'm so uncomfortable already on my mattress (can't afford a new one) So I figured I'd give it a try. I love the memory foam beds in hotels, so I figured this would work for me.......good luck

Try ebay for the piggy banks that aren't piggies. :) Also for book ends.
That's the place to go when you're having a hard time finding something.

goaskalice - Saturday, 24 May

happymimi - Saturday, 24 May
Hi Lica,
I had cramps, but they weren't very bad. However I had bad back pains! Anyway - my doctor put me on monitor and I was having contractions. I went to the hospital the same evening and my situation was worse than I thought - I had a contraction every 3-4 min. They tried to stop it by IV, and eventualy gave me a shot. Now I'm on bedrest.
What I would recommend you is first drink A LOT of water!!! A lot!!! The main reason for cramps and pre term labor - is dehadration.
Second go back to your doctor and ask to be put on monitor to measure your contractions. If you have them. Don't wait like I did... (For almost 2 weeks...).

Good luck!!! Marina

Its not as if its ur only shower either soo if no one comes uve always got the other one to look forward too!! Let me know how it goes xx

bethk - Saturday, 17 May
Dont cancel ur party!! Ur doing exactly what she wants if you do that!!! U should have urs and obviously some of your family will come to urs!! Even if its only 2/3! thats still 2/3 more that wont be going to hers! So ull get to her that way!! he he

So far, so good on the morning sickness...I have been very fortunate.

Yeah, I kinda hold that theory on the son thing... I indeed feel like a son is inside of me too.

I just wish the time would fly by sooner.

Smiles,

Debora :-)

Give a kiss to Jason for me!!!! that lil shitt!!!

sunisshining - Tuesday, 29 April
Hey sweetheart. Eat Bananas, they are going to help with the leg cramps tremendously. You need potasium for that not calcium. The babies are good. they have learned to stay off the bed while the baby is there and have become very gentle with her. The older one Jailey that looks like Jason is the one that goes up to her and smells her and wants to play with her. Hang in there 3 more months and your done, you'll have that little prince in your arms. Stay safe. Kisses to everyone.

yeliz - Sunday, 27 April
