This is our 2nd pregnancy. I miscarried October 1, 2006 at 8 1/2 weeks. My progesterone level was only 7 at 6 weeks, so I believe that was the problem since it is reccommended that the VERY minimum be 9. I am now 6 weeks along and my progesterone is 13.2.....which is still kinda low, but it's better. Fingers crossed! My HcG levels are doubling beautifully! Congrats to everyone else that's prego! 11/11 Dr put me on progesterone vaginal suppositories just to keep my levels up since they are on the low side. I have heard lots of good things about them.....fingers crossed!

11/14/07 I had my first US today! All was well. The baby measured exactly 6 weeks, 4 days (which is what I thought) and the heartbeat was strong at 150BPM! We are so happy! Dr. says everything looks wonderful!!!!! I go back for my second US on 11/30!!!

11/30- Well, today was our 2nd ultrasound and it couldn't have gone better!!! The baby was so much bigger already and moving all over the place! The heartbeat was good....around 160BPM. It was SO cute........Anyway, we are going back at week 12 to see the specialist that checks for Down's, etc......and the nurse told me that he will tell me what we are having!!!!!! I can't believe we will be finding out in 3 weeks....WOW.

12/27- It's a BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are SO excited. It is what we were hoping for. We are going to name him Justin Edward Jackson....most likely. :o) The nuchal screening went very well.......no signs of Down's. I go back in 4 weeks I believe for my next US with the specialist. I will be seeing my OB on the 31st of this month for a regular check up. The baby was acting SO crazy! He was jumping and waving and kicking...we even saw him sucking and sucking his thumb. This was a very high tech machine....seeing as how I was only 12 weeks, 5 days and we could see the gender. The heart rate was 155 BPM and the baby actually measured 13 weeks, 1 day. Oh, and I am off of the progesterone! YaY!
