March 17th
Had my dr appt today. I am now 26 weeks this week and moving along. I have a total of 10 lb weight gain, measuring in right on schedule, and the ultrasound images showed great results. I can't wait! I am super excited to meet him. We have his room started painted and the furniture is coming this week! I am trying to stay ahead of the game as much as I can so when I am larger in the coming months I won't have to do as much! Plus simply I am so excited I need to exhert the energy somewhere!!

Feb 22nd
hi everyone! I haven't written in awhile so I just wanted to say hello and I hope everyone is doing well.. I feel the little guy moving ALL the time.. .literally all the time.. hes funny.. I have another sonogram next week because he wasn't cooperating with the tech and she couldn't get all the images she needed.. but its kinda like a bonus I get to see him again!! I've finally gained some weight! 5 lbs! The doctors were happy with that.. i dont know why its been difficult for me to gain but hopefully all that has passed.. Hope everyone is feeling well and can't wait to see whats next!! xoxo

ITS A BOY!! everything looks great and healthy. Thank God!! Blue it is!!! I have been feeling good although I am struggling with a cold. No fun. I have had such bad times with flu's and cold's. I am so over them. I am going to Vegas in March and can't wait to get into that weather and out of this Pittsburgh coldness..! I think I've been feeling baby a lot more than I used to. Mostly at night and early in the morning when I have a minute to sit down and think about it. I think i have Finally gained some weight, not much but its a step in the right direction. We are thinking about naming him Noah! I love love that name. Kind of different but not to different.

Jan 10th
16 weeks today and glad to be here with you ladies! I think I have felt the baby twice. I can't really tell though! I have to pee all the time and I am having trouble sleeping too! I feel like I can breathe great all day and then when its time to go to bed and lay down my nose gets so stuffy and its so hard to sleep when I get congested. I wake up at least two times a night whether its because I have to pee or just because I woke up? I've been trying the saline spray but its not as much help as the vicks sinus spray I used to use... sigh.. My appetite has been picking up so hopefully I won't be in the negative numbers for weight gain. I am not showing at all...next dr appt is the 24th and my first sonogram is the 31st! Can't wait!! Best of luck ladies..

December 27th...
Had my dr appt. Lost 1 more pound.. Its so weird its not that im nauseated or that I am vomiting its just that my eating habits have changed so drastically. I get full much faster than I used to and I dont eat a lot of what I used to fill up on. I think im thinking a lot less about food and a lot more just about being a mom. The doctor wanted me to start drinking ensure to fill in any nutrients I may be missing. they aren't THAT bad... whatever helps my child! I go back on the 23rd and then have my 1st ultrasound on Jan 31st to find out if its a boy or girl. We can't wait for that. Time is starting to fly!

December 13th...

First day in month 3!! Super excited to be here!!! I hope it all goes fast from here I can not wait to find out what I am having and can't wait to meet them. Almost out of the first trimester I think! Its so confusing. Anyway I've been feeling ok and then somedays I get sick? Its very odd and usually only happens once a week usually on Monday I think because I know the weekend is over and I have to go back into work. Hunger pains come on so quickly and if I don't eat immediatly I almost feel nauseated. At my last appt I was down 10 pounds so maybe I gained alittle? I go for my next Dr. Appt on the 27th and then will get a prescription for an ultrasound which I will hopefully get to find out what I am having!!

November 29th...

Heard the Heartbeat today!!!! Best thing ever! I'm only 10 weeks so it took them awhile to find it but they did! It makes me feel so much reliefe! I can't wait until december when it is even louder!! I am feeling good! Sometimes I feel a little nauseated and I feel like I can smell what the neighbors down the street are cooking for dinner. Everything smells to me and mostly smells bad!!

November 15...

First day in my 2nd Month! Today my pants were slightly harder to button and it made my husband crack up. I think I am finally over my cold since I woke up with no nose drainage and I am actually feeling good instead of sick to my stomach today. I think my cold had a lot to do with it. I am also feeling very tired and go to bed at 7 anymore. I teach dance and had dance last night and my girls brought me balloons to say congratulations. Little things like that help me to remember how exciting this time is even though I really don't feel my best.

November 9th...

It takes Me awhile to get my stomach going and feeling normal although I have not thrown up yet! Thank Goodness! However I have noticed besides my extreme dry mouth everything I eat, the taste seems to remain in my mouth. I find that I am always in need of a mint of somesort!! No fun! Watermelon and other fruits seem to help me feel better and I get them down easily. I did end up switching to flintstones and they are great. No more horsepills thank you!

I think this site is great! It helps me to know that everyone else is going through the same thing and I am not just a paranoid nut bag!

I can finally say the tiredness has set in. My desk is now being used as a pillow! I am having trouble with my vitamins making me sick and not being able to take them. I think I am going to switch to Flintstones I heard you can do that.. We will see!
