Here's the story:

My name is Liz...this is my first pregnancy, and i've become a train wreck with worry during the process. This site has brought me so much peace of mind that what I'm feeling, why I'm crying and laughing at the same time, and so on and so on is NORMAL. So, I found out I was pregnant on October 19th, 2008, it will be something I will never forget for the rest of my life, I could not believe it when the two lines showed up! In fact, I took 4 more tests, one even after my first Dr. appointment. I was still under complete disbelief until I got my 2nd ultrasound and saw a HAND, a defined little hand (at 16 weeks), and my belly started to grow. I'm watching this amazing process and never saw the beauty in it (I only saw the science..) until now. Reproduction is a miracle and you don't know that mircacle until you start the process and I love sharing in that process. I'm just so glad i'm beyond being sick (yucky 1st trimester). I work as a youth specialist at a shelter for homeless/runaway youth in my area, and it's the most rewarding job I've ever had. I'm so grateful i'm experiencing everything I have so I can teach my child that for the future, it means so much to give back to people. I'm blessed.
