Im 22 yrs old and this is my first child. I got pregnant unexpectedly on birth control. I was 6 weeks before I found out that I was prego. I have never been so happy in my entire life. I am so anxious to bring this baby into this world and be a mother!!

I got to see my peanut for the first time in January! I had an ultra sound to determine how far along I was.! It was the most amazing moment of my life. I also went to the dr on Feb 10 and I got to hear the heart beat. I cried!!!!!! I get to find out my babies sex on April 2 Im so excited to find out !

Hey just to let you know to put you at ease, I went to the ER about a week ago cause I was getting some pressure but all is ok. Anyway they told me to keep track of fetal kicks and the baby should kick at least 20 times on 3 different occassions in a day. So there you go, your baby is right on. Congrats by the way!!!!

I needed to vent to someone and I'm thinking you will understand. So we all went out to ibiza for my friends 25th, p.s. The food sucks. But afterwards we went to town tavern, extremely awkward! I just left early cuz I felt so out of place. Idk I just feel left out and I mean its weird to see a preggo at the club....sigh...

I def know where that is, smal world! I'm a coordinator at the spas in the airport! Its def a fun job plus I get massages! Anyways, we are looking to move out of here in a few months. Its way too loud, no parking, no children, and too expensive with a baby. I know what you mean about going out. I haven't been so much either because my friends want to go out where I live. I don't want to go sit in a bar or club anymore like I used to. I need a new group of friends! Anyways, I'm off to work here. Nice to talk to someone my age even in the same city. Write me anytime!!!

just wanted to confirm rachbaby's post...i was gonna say the same thing cause i had to have one with my first...the biopsy may suck a little cause it causes cramping but they won't do it till after baby is born. the colpo is no big deal, i always think it's better to know what's going on and have a doctor 'on it' than avoiding or being scared to find out. best of luck!

I just had a colposcopy last week because my pap results came back abnormal too. It really wasn't bad, just like a regular pap but it lasts a bit longer. You don't feel anything, because the microscope doesn't actually touch anything, it just allows the doctor to get a better look. My doctor said there is absolutely no risk to the baby, just as there isn't when you get a regular pap. I will have to have another colpo at 28 weeks, and then a bioposy 6 weeks after the baby is born. They won't do the bioposy during pregnancy because it could cause undo stress, but there is really nothing to worry about with a colposcopy. After your doctor sees what's going on in there you'll get a better idea of what will happen next (probably nothing until the baby is born). I know it's really scary, but know that you are obviously being well taken care of. Best wishes~

Hon, ur not alone. I'm preg for my ex. He was physically, emotionally, and mentally abusive. Although i did not want to raise another kid on my own(my oldest is 6) i know it's for the best. The three yrs I spent with him were the most unstable and heartbreaking years of my entire life. I resolved to let him go, regardless of the preg so that I can be free (and sane) to love my baby...no stress. I hoped and prayed every single day that he would change. Now I realize that he won't. When he found out about the baby his said that me being pregnant was 'unfortunate cause he didn't want anymore kids'. His response only reiterated years and years of him showing me just how much he never really loved me. Let him go and enjoy ur baby. Keep in touch

I just know things will work out for the best. If he is abusive it may be for the best but I know how hard it can be to think of raising a child on your own. Good luck!
