Hello everyone!

I'm back! I was on this site just over a year ago when I was expecting my first baby, well...we're going to have another! My husband and I met when I was 17 and he was 18. We've been married now for almost 4 years and we have a very happy marriage. I'm so lucky! Our little boy was born on May 22, 2007 and has been the most amazing addition to our lives. He truly is our pride and joy.

The 3 of us live in Oakdale California, a small town in the Central Valley. My husband and I are both originally from Southern California. We relocated a few years ago for my husband's job. He is a firefighter for a nearby city. We miss being close to our family and longtime friends, but we love it here and have made some wonderful new friends.

We would really like to have up to 4 children. Since our son was born, that desire was just reinforced. He is the most amazing person I have ever met. I can't wait to meet this new little baby. It is still unreal to me. I'm not sure when I'll believe it, maybe after the first ultrasound.

I'm estimating that I'm about 6 weeks along. I will know for sure after my first doctor's appointment. We feel very lucky to be pregnant since we haven't been trying very long. We absolutley are not taking that for granted.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you all and hearing about everyone else's experience!

This is probably really random. I had to go to the online people so that I could hopefully get an answer quickly.

My question is if you had an epidural, how long does it last? I am being induced tomorrow and I have no clue how much of the pain I can tolerate when it starts. Haha.

That is such good news that you & the baby are both healthy!!! I just started feeling the baby moving a few weeks ago and during the last ultrasound the baby was moving so much. It's such an undescribable feeling to anyone who hasn't had a baby (such as our husbands). Can't wait to find out if your having a Boy or Girl. Tell Sterrie we say Hi!!!

OMG...I look like I'm carrying twins. I am defintley showing alot earlier this time...even though it's 11 years later....crazy, huh??!!?? I was barley showing at 4 months with Maya. I can't imagine how I'm going to look when I'm 9 months. I'm scared!!! At least everyone knows I'm pregnant...there's no hiding it :)
