but born on Grandpa's b-day)

(our lightest & smallest baby yet)
20 inch long
On June 14th had the normal what were thought brax but did get them to 15 minutes nothing new of course. We all went out to eat that night including my mother and family thought this might be one last meal before baby. So after that went home took a shower had a feeling I might be going in to the hospital soon.
Went to bed about midnight,
THEN...
June 15th 3:00am
WATER BROKE !
Hung around the house for an hour driving Hubby nuts he wanted to go NOW he gets so nervous every time we have a baby. I told him I know what I am doing. So after tormenting him for an hour while my Mom laughed watching Daddy being nervous
we got on the road and within 20 minutes of heading towards the hospital contraction started.
Was a 4-5 cm by time we got there (was nothing 2 days before and doctor was going to induce a week later.)
Well after one and a half pushes at 10:55 am
was born.
Notice the poses are almost identical from in tummy to out in the real world.

Our Wedding Day, Nov. 26, 1993 LAS VEGAS!
We've been married for 13 1/2 years but been together for almost 16 years.
We have one adopted son (George) whom will be 16 this year we also have a 12 1/2 soon to be 13 year old son (Dylan Dakota) an almost 11 year old daughter (Kellie Zora) and a 2 1/2 year old little boy (Waylon Briar) who not only will be 3 soon but will be a BIG brother in June.
Our oldest son "George" is not in these photo's because he is away at boarding school.

We're doing :) We can't get him to lay flat b/c of the reflux, and he hates tummy time lol but he is rolling over (then screaming), scooting across the living room (while screaming) and sleeping through the night most nights :) (or mostly anyways, from like 9-5:30, gets fed, then sleeps a couple more hours while we get ready for work/daycare. All in all, pretty good. I can't believe how big he's getting...although, he still swims in his 0-3 months clothes lol....and he's well over 10 lbs...who knew? We have to get our shots on Thursday, I'm kinda nervous...should I give him tylenol before hand so he doesn't hurt as much?

Thanks for the tip on the OBGYN. Mine was Dr. Armity Simon and I've heard people rave about her but I don't think we 'clicked.' It happens sometimes....Donovan is doing well. Mommy is still sad quite a bit. Waiting for things to get better....I don't know how you did this so many times! I guess some women are just cut out for it and others like me are not. He is sooo cute in the video, it's such a pleasure to see a baby laugh, it's the best thing in the world!!!! It's amazing how fast they grow isn't it? Well, Liam certainly looks like a happy baby in the video lol! Oh, the lack of sleep is the WORST, but it's bound to get better in the coming weeks, right???? Donovan is doing well and I am doing much better. I don't know if I mentioned before but I had some mild PPD but got some medication and am feeling better. I hope those bad times are behind me now. My husband really didn't know what he was going to do with me and took an extra week off of work to help me. Lost half of the pregnancy weight, but I am going to need to get off my butt and start exercising soon to get the rest off so I can fit back into my cute pre-pregnancy clothes. Oh, how I miss them! Thanks for checking in....hope all is well for you. Can't wait until next month when this heat starts to break. Looking forward to cooler weather so I can take Donovan for walks!

Oh, Mistie, Donovan is fine, but I am a walking zombie! I don't even know how I am able to stand upright with only 3-4 hours of sleep each night. I can't wait until it gets better. I feel like I am going to go out of my mind lol! How are things with Liam?

Thanks, Mistie. I believe that even in a few weeks I will feel more confident. I just worry about every little sound he makes esp. when he is sleeping- I think I am driving my husband crazy lol! I want to enjoy these times but on the other hand I find myself wishing it away, waiting for that 6 week mark, 3 month mark etc. They are so fragile at this stage and it scares me!!!

Things are starting to settle down a little bit around here, he's on a schedule, but I'm tyring to change it...He wakes up at about 10 at night and is pretty much wide awake until about 6, then sleeps all day...so i try to keep him up more during the day, just gets hard, when I'm exhausted from being up all night...such a vicious cycle! We have to go back to the hosptial today to get an ultrasound done on little man, his hip clicks so they want to check it for dysplasia...doc says it's generally nothing,but better safe than sorry! Hopefully that'll be alright though. What age do they start to roll over? Spence can get all the way on his side already, and I'm just waiting for the day he's completly over...but I don't want him to grow up that fast!!! lol

Well, this is what happened for me today at my 39 week appt.- Absolutely nothing lol!!!! The dr. was very sympathetic but unless I dilate more I have to wait until 41 weeks to be induced according to hospital policy, which brings me to August 12th. She said this is extremely common with first timers. Maybe I will go into labor before then- wishful thinking I'm afraid....Oh well, I wanted to cry but I suppose there are worse things. Okay, I am going to go and eat some chocolate or something....

Look at that smile! Your little one is adorable! I can't wait til mine knows he's smiling lol :) I love it when he does smile, but it'll be better when he knows rather than just a random facial expression I happened to catch. Is life settled down with all the kids? Has your oldest son met Liam yet?
