eating healthy is 90% of it. You will never get "cut" if you eat like crap cuz all of your body fat covers your muscles so in order to let them thru you have to shed what covers them. The secret is lots and lots of water, fruit, and good protien and cardio and weights. I too went thru that after my first and i gained 65lbs. i was 210 when i delivered and decided that enough was enough. i wanted my body back and was going to do whatever it took to get there. once you have your mind set you will do it too. good luck mama.

Hey girls, hope your all okay. Im having a really really bad day today.

Just wondering as we have no clue really, has anyone got any suggestions for boys names. the middles names will deff be john charles. Ive gotten so fed up of just saying ever name in the books to my partner and him either ignoring me or saying no. lol

thats good that she isnt breech anymore! but not to good that you dont know about the cord...ugh i wish i could get out of having my blood work taken, i hate needles so much lol, but im actually starting to get used to it. My next appts thursday and i get stabbed again yay! aha:P
