Hello everyone! My name is Steph and I just turned 22 years old and am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first baby! My little peanut is a surprise but I couldn't have asked for a better one! The father and I have been together for 4 years off and on and are very thrilled about this new addition. I am currently working as a reservation sales agent, but I am in school full time doing generals and getting ready for the RN program. We are currently just awaiting our next doctors appointment so we finally get to know if we are having a little girl or boy! We will be happy either way.

I'm not sure if I am doing this comment thing right! Ha I am lost and still trying to figure it out! Anyways just wanted to post a comment since this is my first day. 18 weeks today and doing great! So far I have go say that all has gone well. I was only sick for about 3 weeks and it was nothing too serious. Travis and I find out the sex of the baby on the 26th of this month! It feels like we have been waiting forever to find out! Starting to get my baby bump now, so as soon as I get this all figured out I will post more pictures. Anyway we don't care what the baby is. I think girl though and he thinks boy..so only time will tell. So far doctor said that the baby is very active and healthy and we couldn't ask for more than that! Well I will update in a few days when I figure everything out better! Congrats to all the other mommies out there by the way!

Only one week till I know what my little peanut is!!! We are so excited and practically counting down the hours now! Everything is still good here. I feel the baby moving around all the time now and I love it. I just can't wait until Travis can feel it too. My belly really started to show in the last few days so now I really need to get on this picture thing.

Well we went in for the big ultrasound today....ITS A BOY!!!! The whole time the tech kept saying girl, girl, girl, and right at the end we got a little shot of his manly parts! We are so happy! He is healthy and happy and that is what is most important! Measuring right on date too. I was very shocked about the boy thing though I can't lie. Everyone thought girl and even throughout the whole ultrasound still girl until the very end. Travis could not be happier. So after we left there we went and got a whole bunch of little boys clothes and they are just sooo cute!! We got a good ultrasound picture of him smiling at us and his teeny tiny little fingers!! I can't believe how small he is. Anyway just thought I would update. Bye for now!

Just wanted to update again...Not too much new here. I started my new job and I think my peanut is excited by all the new sounds because he is sooo active while I am at work. He will kick almost the entire time some evenings and then once I get home he relaxes and goes to sleep when I do. I love feeling him kick though! Travis and I just got a two bedroom place now this week too, so we have been moving and getting ready for that. Other than that nothing else, pretty quiet week! Hope everyone is doing well!

22 weeks today!! Stil feeling great! I get uncomfortable sitting all day at work, but other than that fine. Christian kicks alll the time! He is a very active little boy and I love it! My best friend came to visit the other day and brought him tons of outfits and a little blue snowsuit that has little bear ears on it! Its soo cute :) I love shopping and getting things for him. Trav has been really busy this last week and I have barely got to see him at all and I miss him! I get so lonely now that I am preggers and always want attention! haha anyways thats all for now! I have another appt on the 21st, but I think it is just a checkup.

24 weeks today!!! YAY!! Getting closer and closer! I can't wait to meet my little guy! He had the hiccups the other day and it felt so weird! I am lovin' every minute of his kicking and moving around! I ate sooo much for Thanksgiving. haha we ate like kings. I think hes sleepy from all the turkey cuz hes been pretty still since yesterday! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

All is well here! Travis and I have decided to take a break from each other, which isn't always the easiest, but I think it is for the best. We just constantly argue and now this way we are getting along better. He is still of course going to be a huge part of Christian's life and none of that has changed. Just where me and him stand. Some days it makes me sad, but we were broken up before we got pregnant anyways. We had broken up about a month before and well you can guess how the story goes. So anyways we decided to give it a try again, but I just don't think we are meant to be together and neither does he, so why waste our time? I am still having a hard time with this friends thing though. It is a very fine line as to what a girlfriend can say and what a friend can say. I feel I am entitled to say it all since I am carrying his baby! haha. Speaking of baby, he is doing great! My little boxer in there, just can't seem to get enough of my bladder! I go in on the 19th for the gestational diabetes testing so I hope all is well with that! Oh and I was 26 weeks yesterday! Starting to feel reeeeeaaally huge now.

I'm so crabby today. Just those hormones I guess. We had a doctor appointment this am for the glucose test and I failed. I'm stressing out about it and I have to wait until next Wednesday before I retest and see what is really happening! But my little peanut is doing wonderfully. STrong heartbeat of 150 BPM and I have gained 19 pounds so far. I feel like a cow, but my DR. says that is right at average and I'm doing good. He's still kicking away in there. I am starting to adjust to his schedule now, because he has a tendency of waking me up at the crack of dawn rolling around in there but then goes back to sleep long enough to let me nap before work! Anywho I have to be at the doctors office at 7am the day after Christmas for my retest so I am hoping everything turns out ok!

Wohoo!!!! So close to being done now!!!! I `m getting soooo anxious to meet my little man! I just love watching my belly make waves now! I always wondering when I am in stores or other places if people can notice my belly doing flipflops from him! haha. I passed the 3 hour glucose test and couldn `t be happier! I was sooo nervous about it. I have another appointment this coming Wednesday but I think it is just to weigh me and hear his heart beat. I really want another ultrasound though! I keep hoping they will surprise me one day haha but I know it doesn `t work like that.

It `s been a few weeks since I have updated. Mostly because it is just the same old same old here. My peanut is healthy as can be, measuring exactly on date and I have gained 21 pounds so far. I was hoping to only gain that my entire pregnancy but as long as he is healthy a few extra will be ok! I just started school again after winter break so now between that, getting ready for baby to arrive and working full time I am so pooped out all the time. I wish I could leave work in a few weeks but unfortunately I can `t afford it and will have to work as long as I possibly can. I would just love to have some me time before he comes though. He is so active in there! Yesterday I don `t think he stopped moving for more than 5 minutes at a time for hours and hours. I still have not had braxton hicks, well that I am aware of at least. Other than that nothing new!

So I went to the doctor yesterday because of all the pelvic pain I was having and I got another ultrasound out of it :) Baby has his legs crossed so we didn `t get a guarantee that it is for sure a boy, but he is 4 lbs 14 ozs already! Getting so big! It sounded to us like he is pretty much ready to come anytime now! I hope he stays put at least 3 more weeks though.. I enjoy being pregnant and I don `t want to have to worry about his lungs and him being too tiny. I never in my life thought I would enjoy being pregnant, but I do and I cannot wait for my little peanut to arrive, but it is going to be so weird not having him there in my belly anymore...I have just gotten so used to feeling and watching him inside there! Anyways not too much longer left it sounds like, so I had better get on the ball and get all of his stuff, because I haven `t gotten much yet!

It `s been a while since I updated, but there isn `t too much new here. I had an appt last week and he is measuring right on date again and has a heartbeat of 140. I have now gained 26 lbs :( so depressing...but at least he is a spring baby so I can take my maternity leave to walk him in the stroller all day! I am getting very anxious about the birth now. It is just a cruel waiting game and it `s driving me insane! I am 36 weeks and 2 days at this point and I am soooo ready for him to show his precious little face. My back hurts, I pee non-stop, and all I want is a little sleep...although that is only going to get worse once he is here! Atleast it is worth it then though! I have gotten his bassinet and stroller and car seat and all that stuff ready now. He will just be staying in my room for the first month or two anyways. I opened up the package of newborn diapers the other day to stock the changing table and they are soooo tiny they just simply amaze me. I cannot believe my sweet little one will fit into those! Well that is all for now!
