We're having a Boy!

My names Maryann and I just turned 23. Me and Chris got married on Sept 8th, 2007. We are expecting our first baby May 14th. He recently re-enlisted in the army and is currently training in Fort Benning, Georgia. Its hard not being around him, especially now with our baby on the way. We found out we were having a boy in November, and we couldnt be more excited. I can't wait to finally meet him and hold him in my arms. <3

well i have my appointment Wednesday, i'm hoping to actually see my doctor and not another of his retarded nurses! i will ask him a thing or two! cuz this is just uncomfortable!

oh my goodness the pressure is terrible! like was saying they couldn't even find my cervix because she was so low she was pushing on it, so it hurt really bad wen the nurse was doing it. i can barely walk at times because the pressure is so much down there it feels like she is just gunna pop right through it and stick her little head out! man i wish!

you would think with her head so low and pushing on it that it would move dilation along or something!

i really hope i'm not going to go over, my first was 4 days late, but i didnt have a doctor then (long story) and had to just wait till i knew i was in labor and go to the er to be admitted to L&D. i was hoping since i have a doctor this time he won't let me go that long, but he has given no indication of plans to induce! so frustrating

Had a kinda crappy few days so i didnt feel like posting or reading much lol!

at my appointment they said no changes still 1 cm and 60% effaced...but her head is so low they had trouble finding the cervix...ouch! seems like if she's pushing on it that bad it would open it up more. but nope!

The sciatic nerve thing is correct. Mine was aweful from weeks 10-14, then went away, and has been rearing its ugly head on and off again this week :0)
