May 23rd- We had our First doctor's appt today. Heard the heartbeat!!
June 20th- Went to our second doctor's appt. Everything fine. Heard heartbeat again (158 beats/minute). Measuring about 15 weeks. I have lost a pound.
July 21st- Had our monthly appt. today. Heartbeat 154. everything seems to be right on track. Still have not felt anything yet. Nurse had a hard time finding heartbeat. This baby likes to hide! I have now gained 8 pounds.
July 28th-We had our Ultrasound! What an amazing experience. We did not find out the sex. Everything seems to be right on track. The baby would not stop moving around! It was so funny. I have already watched the video 3 times!
August 18th-We had our monthly appt. today. The nurse had a hard time checking the heartbeat. The baby would not stop moving! I was trying not to laugh! I have gained 6 more pounds and I was told that it is too much. I need to cut back on the fruit. Everything is still on track.

thats awesome! congrats! when we had ours last week she was being so stubborn that we almost didn't find out she was a 'she' lol. it is so amazing to watch...it makes it so much more real i think watching all that movement in there! actually sunday night i felt her kick for the first time!! it was so exciting and amazing...i'd been patiently waiting for when i would first feel them and when i was least expecting it, it happened! i feel like pregnancy is just starting to get exciting with the ultrasound, the kicks and finally starting to show a belly and i'm almost a little sad that its already half way over!

well it has its own joy of finding out later and playing the guessing game until then! Esply listening to what other predict from the angle of the tummy or how the skin is looking, etc, etc!
Have you felt any kick yet? If i've felt it, I can't make out the difference.

Like you said its not long enough! But it was so beautiful. Here in HK we get a DVD of the ultrasound. So you can watch it at home too!
Look forward to hearing about ur u/s. Are you not going to find out until birth?

They baby could be moving around or something. The first time with me the doctor had a hard time finding the baby's heartbeat. What was the heartbeat?

My due date is Dec 21st. Good idea to get a picture frame for it! I was just going to put it on my fridge. lol
I think winnie the pooh is cute. I matching the room to the crib set my nan bought us with baby winnie the pooh and all the characters. Painting the walls pastel green and that's all I have so far. Teddy bears are also cute! What have you bought so far?

I have the same problem and someone just recommended trying a pregnancy pillow. She said it helped her sleep last night (she has the same problem...).

The only thing I could suggest Meadow is one of those memory foam matresses, which mould to your shape. They can be expensive though, although, they are a dream to sleep on. Flora

lol, really?? I dont think mine ever changes.... once I start eating like I should I may see a difference.... I am sooo ready to see a normal baby bump!!!! you having a boy or girl and when are you due?
