Yea, I felt the 1st baby move after I had eaten , so I tended to over eat. This one moves alot when I just get finished with the treadmill, so that is a great incentive to go to the gym! So is the fact that I ate Sonic twice this weekend. Mooooo.

makes sense. i do not feel that. i sit to watch tv or read a book and it feels like my hear skips a beat then i can feel it beap for a few sec to mins. before my first child i did not have diahrrea for like 5yrs then about a month after i had her it started once a month. then after felicity it was happening once a week and then i saw a gastro dr and then it went to once a month and i noticed it was just before my cycle so i went off bc pills and it stopped and has not been that bad since. i still get days when i think i start to get pains but it only last an hr and is not as painfull as before. i only had problems in the begining of my preg though. and only about 3-4times. my midwife told me to take cod liver oil pills to help with constipation. have you tried the digestive yogurts? i really like them. a woman i know had a bacterial infection in her intestines for months and no one could figure out what was wrong. they would give her an antibiotic and she would end up in the hospital with dehydrating. finally infections disease got it and she sees a naturalist and she said he has helped the most. sorry to go on. thanks for your help i hope everything goes well with the rest of your preg.

and one more thing. do you have anxiety attacks or what do you feel? my sister had anxiety attacks but she could not do anything when it came to driving. she would get sick in her stomach and all weird. i do not get that so i was wondering what else you feel with anxiety. i get overwhelmed sometimes. but the moments pass.

it did not help before when it was really bad. i would be in the bathroom for hours in such pain and it did not help. now that i am not that bad anymore it helps with the cramping. a couple of months ago we thought i had a stomach ulcers. the upper gi showed spasming which is what happens with ulcers. so i had an endoscope done and turns out it was just my ibs. it has gone all the way up to my stomach and is what gives me my acid reflux. i often feel burning and nausa in my stomach and the med helps with that. i just started to take miralax for the const. i only took it once and it did not irrate me. i just started klonopin for anxiety. we are not sure if that is my problem but are tryinjg it out as i am having heart palpations. i have them when i am at a quite time and relaxing instead of intense moments so i am not convinced that is my prob but i am willing to try incase it is. the meds made me loopy and tired. does your do that? also my ibs was different after each child. did you notice that after having DJ?

That page is from her 1st pregnancy it's the same girl just an older page. She said she was going to make a new one again but its her. At the bottem it says I am pregnant again blah blah and people askin her where she went . She's ok.

i have seen an gastro dr for my ibs. i had a colonoscopy done a few yrs ago and it is good i did. i had a pulp and it had pre-cancerous cells in it. so now i have to go every 5yrs to get it done. i have both cont and diahrrea. i take an antispasm med for the diahrrea. maybe you could take that while preg. i tell my sisters to get a colonoscopy done as we have colon cancer in our family and since i who is the youngest had pre-cancer cells then they may to. the test is very easy. the prep the day before is no fun. but the pain i get with my ibs is no fun. when i was in labor with felicity i thought it was just my ibs. both very painfull but at least with labor you get the joy of a baby at the end. your bump is getting big.

Hi Megan, 6 days to go and counting you know how it is the last few weeks feels like forever and espically these last few days! I keep getting muscle cramps were I thought I could never get one!
